Uncomfortable seating

It's a reasonably cheap place to eat, but the food is not anything to shout about, some dishes were cold and the seating is uncomfortable wooden seats with the tables too close together, the waiters only seem interested in selling drinks. Unimpresive.

We were a little sceptical after reading some reviews but we were all pleasantly surprised. we were a party of 14 and we all enjoyed the food, which was all hot, tasty and freshly cooked. The choice of deserts was limited but after eating all we did there wasn't much room for pudding. Very clean with friendly staff who looked... More

My family have been frequent visitors of this restaurant for the past 6-7 years and in that time it has definitely got worse in terms of cleanliness, customer service and most importantly food quality. The toilets are disgusting and I try to avoid them at all cost. The refillable cup you are given is a very old, cracked and worn... More

I can't believe some of the negative reviews here! Ok it's not silver service, it's not fine dining - it is what it is - a Chinese buffet! I don't know what some people want for their £10.95 all in! We went here for the first time yesterday afternoon with friends after a freezing day at Chatham Dockyard. Yes, the... More

We used to eat here at least once a week with all the family at times for special occasions a number of years ago. Since it has changed hands, we think it must have as its gone terribly downhill. We have eaten there a number of times expecting the experience and food to be as it used to be but... More

My family and I have just arrived home from this restaurant. What a disaster. Our cutlery was grubby, bent and cheap,I was given a soup spoon and fork,my husband had a serving spoon and fork. The waitress brought us large plastic glasses for us to fill ourselves at what seemed like an impromptu self serve pump. Their flyers have an extensive... More

We visited lunchtime today, have had few lunchtime meals here. I have always found it to be good value. There is a good selection of dishes and they have always been cooked well, tasty and hot. There are a couple of things which could be improved on ie I find the chairs very low which can make it uncomfortable for... More
