Finally got around to having breakfast here. It was worth waiting for. Not only were the breakfast baps superb but they were served in delightful surroundings by a charming young couple - Husband and wife or equivalent I am guessing. I asked for tea and was shown over to a set of wooden drawers, from which I was encouraged to... More

Visted here after reading the great reviews and we were not dissapointed! My husband had a Mocha which was amazing and as I am not a coffee drinker I went for a milkshake which was soo good I had 2 of them! I also had a sweet chilli prawn sandwich and the bread was so fresh and lovely and my... More

If you are a coffee lover you have to try this nice little intimate place. Starbucks may be convenient, but the coffee here is a whole different level - never burnt, and with frequent bean changes you can go back a couple weeks later for a different flavour experience. Stu really knows his stuff about coffee - and once you... More

We parked nearby, found this entirely by accident, never mind "best coffee in Canterbury" this is some of the best coffee full stop, the sandwiches are delicious and huge, and the bread (if you can forgive the baker's name of "the flour arranger" :-D) was spot on. Friendly yet unobtrusive service too. The milkshakes are apparently "to die for" too.... More

I work local to this cafe and regularly go there for my lunch. I cannot recommend this cafe highly enough! The food is fresh and the bread and cakes are all made that day (not packet rubbish that most of the eateries in Canterbury offer). Unlike the previous review I cannot praise the friendliness of the staff enough. They are... More

I have visited this little cafe numerous times on my lunch break and have always had delicious food at great value for money. However unfortunately my latest experience in this cafe has put a sour twist on things and not sure I will visit much after being accused of stealing! .. The very packet of crisps that they has sold... More

I've been meaning to go to this little place since it opened, as I pass it every time I go into town. So, I decided to have breakfast on my final day in Canterbury. The staff were very friendly, the muesli was great, and the latte was the best I've had. I thoroughly recommend it.

I work in Canterbury and when I don't make my own lunch, this is the place I come for lunch. Great fresh bread, plenty of choice and well filled sandwiches - reasonably priced and exactly what I am after. Very friendly service and whilst I am not a regular visitor, they always recognise me. My coffee was lovely, strong, smooth and dark without bitterness. Leaves you with a naturally sweet aftertaste. I also had a prawn sarnie on fresh white bread which was delicious. Forget costa or starbucks, go here! Also, i was served by Charlie who was fab. Friendly, chatty and attentive to his customers
