Hi all, just little something about us here at Willows. We are family owned and run, we opened our doors in Jan 2012 after traveling around the world. Whilst traveling we learnt a great deal about how we wanted to share Willows with customers, we want all our customers to feel at home and share in our relaxed home from home.We specialise in high quality coffee and light lunches, we are only a small place with 4 tables. We serve freshly made sandwichs & baguettes, our bread is delivered fresh daily from our Village bakery. Our Coffee has been recognised by Coffee Culture & Excellence for its high quality, we make all our coffee the Aussie way. Which we learnt in Melbourne last year (2011), in Melbourne the coffee culture is of the highest quality and standards are second to none!! We would also recommend for the serious coffee lovers to try our 'Willows Vacuum Coffee' which your brew yourself at your table. It merges coffee / science / theatreall as one.We hope to see you all soon and say hi when you do come in.Take care & safe travels to you all.Willows Family

The coffee and sandwiches were lovely; freshly made by a very friendly young woman. The space is very small and it is a little off the beaten track, but as you will see from other reviews this is not a bad thing. My only worry would be that you have to go through the very small kitchen and preparation area... More

I went there to have a quick lunch. I had a sandwich with cured ham and pesto, my girlfriend had a ticka sandwich. Excellent fresh sandwiches!

Spent a weekend in Canterbury. Did some research before getting there. Looked at lots of reviews. Took the family off the beaten track to find this place. Well it's only 2 mins. off the main high street. Got there and no one was inside (which is not usually a good sign) but 3 staff. However we decided to go in... More

Lovely cafe away from the hustle and bustle of the high street. Fantastic choices - a hard decision to make! Friendly staff team too. Will definitely return and recommend to others

I like to visit out of the way places for a treat when I visit places. I have to admit to being slightly disappointed with this one though. I like to stop for a cup of tea and a cake but the choice of coffee or mocha cake left me, a non coffee liker, with no cake. I would have... More

We saw this place as one of the highest rated coffee shops in Canterbury and were not too far away on the High St at the time. The cafe is located about 300 yards from the High St. It is very small, with just 2 tables and another 6 seats in the 2 windows. The staff are very welcoming and... More

Yes it is small but good things come in small packages. Inside is a welcoming kitchen/diner feeling. A nice, fresh place to stop for a sandwich. Small, but fresh food lovingly prepared. My husband was disappointed that there was no beer, but was happily content with their fresh juice selection.
