Excellent authentic French breakfast

I recently visited here for breakfast with my French Canadian parents in-law and we had a great visit. A lovely warm welcome and delicious food and coffee. There is also a great garden which makes it even better if you're visiting in the summer. Highly recommend visiting this place. I will... read more

This looked so inviting as we walked by so we stopped for coffee. The decor is great fun, and there is a nice atmosphere inside. the staff are great too. We thought £7 for two very weak coffees and a Croissant with chocolate which didn't taste like it was fresh in that morning was excessive.

This lovely Cafe has everything, great coffee, good food and pleasant helpful staff. It's a little corner of France on your doorstep, and once you step through the door, the atmosphere is a reminder of all those French holidays of the past. Le petit dejeuner is great value at £4.50 for 2 pieces of baguette, a pastry and a large... More

This little cafe serves great French food with fresh, French croissants and pain au chocolat as well as lovely baguette sandwiches and little French tarts for desserts. Good value, nice service (they'll speak in French only if required!). Recommended.

Ideal for a quick break serving really good coffee and pastries and home made snacks. Small interior but reminiscent of La France.

My partner and I love this place and are regulars. The coffee is my favourite in Canterbury and the special baguettes are amazing.

I always stop in here if I can for a quick hot chocolate and pastry. It seems so typically French that you could be over in France but it's great that you are actually in the old town of Canterbury.

We pop in here a lot, mostly because the coffee is gorgeous (albeit in too small a cup!! but I hate mugs - note to owner, get bigger cups!!). I love their cheese and ham croissants - and so do my birds. I always save the crusts for my garden birds and the other day such a kind waitress saw... More
