Wow! Thank you everyone at Pinocchios. Not only did we have really friendly staff, we were able to watch Holland vs Argentina at the end of the night. Disappointing result but never mind. The meal was fab and the Italian brandy was to die for. Good luck Andrea (excuse spelling if wrong) in your forensics at University. Would I recommend... More

This is an attractive small restaurant. The evening I eat there it was full of Italians and was lively. I ate a wonderful backed aubergine starter and a more average salad. As all the deserts were homemade I tried the wheat and mascarpone cheese cake as I had not come across that before; interesting rather than memorable.

This place was recommended to me by a friend who happens to own a pub /restaurant so I kind of knew it was good. Loved the fact that the chef/owner came to great us and the service throughout was excellent. Although the menu was relatively limited there was a nice selection of specials so there was plenty to choose from.... More

We've just returned from our first ever visit to Canterbury (we loved it!) &, as always, my first point of call was Trip Advisor to seek out recommended restaurants for the three nights we were there. Because of the rave reviews we sought out Pinocchio's on our very first evening there (Thurs 5th June). Expectations were high & we were... More

Probably the best pasta I've eaten including in Italy! King prawn & scallop in white wine & tomato sauce. Good service. a shame we went on a bank holiday so their normal fish menu was unavailable owing to a non-delivery. Menu is not large but it is very good cokking.

This is a family restaurant catering for families, friends, business diners, students and pretty much anyone - all are made very welcome. It is also an opportunity to practise your 100 words of Italian on a sympathetic audience! The food is delicious and remarkably good value.

I went to Pinocchio's with my wife for dinner whilst in Canterbury, from the moment we walked in we were treated as though nothing was too much for the staff. The front of house staff were warm and friendly at all times, the food was wonderful, both of us had fish for main course I had the sea bass and... More
