Typical !

Typical of a good chain restaurant, well organised, nice surroundings and friendly service. Not outstanding in any way but satisfactory in every way.(I was told by my daughter that the salad was excellent)

The pizza was as had as concrete as it had been mad far to long before it came to me as I was eating my starter which was rather large and the breadcrumbs on the mozzarella was to much and the chunks of the cheese where hard going in eating. Would not go back to prezzo again.

Good food and good service but the drinks, particularly bottled beer are way up there with and above central London prices.

Don't let the fact that this is part of a chain put you off, the food says something else. Located on the high street, the design inside is beautiful to look at and the food is exceptional and is of the same quality as the Italian restaurants. The pasta is cooked freshly aswell as the pizzas and the desserts are... More

We were looking for somewhere to eat before a theatre visit. We had not eaten here before but the interior looked inviting. It was a very cold night but the restaurant was lovely and warm with no draughts. We were seated straight away and offered drinks quickly.I ordered warm goats cheese with beetroot and my partner ordered crab cakes, these arrived in no... I received a buyagift voucher for Christmas (3 course meal and a glass of house wine). My fiancé and I went on Saturday night for our anniversary. There's no atmosphere, it feels very corporal and stiff. Firstly, a staff member, I assume was a manager, didn't know what we were on about when we said we'd booked with the voucher.... More

We were not the only ones facing challenges, another table near us was struggling to get their orders through. Pretentious service and muddled up waiters: brought drinks to the table without being ordered, brought the bill instead of the desserts menu, checked availability of table when the restaurant was 80% empty, changed pizza orders - "sorry misunderstanding", brought half of... We took advantage of a Two for One Main Meal Voucher and called in lunchtime before going to see The Danish Girl - a superb film by the way. My wife had the Avocado and Chicken Salad and I had the Triple Pizza as I could make my mind up. Service was extremely polite by all staff. Drink and food... More

Mr D was disappointed with Prezzo. His food was quite cold - mine was nice! He was also shocked at the price of a beer, which was extremely expensive. Both of us felt that, after we had declined a beer because of the price, that the service distinctly cooled. The restaurant's setting is lovely but the rest of the experience... More
