Was taken here by a local property agent. Swift, buzzy little Italian. Simple but tasty. Went safe with a Lasagne, was lovely with many layers of flavour. Quick service and friendly owner. Will be back as locating a business here!

We often go here for a quick lunch on a Saturday. Lovely genuine pizza with a variety of toppings. Same with the pasta, good variety and freshly cooked. Can eat outside in warm weather. Must come back and try the evening menu!! Very friendly Italian family owners who always recognise us. Recommended.

The very best authentic pizza dough ever! They will amend/ alter and even cater for vegans. Good choice, freshly cooked with a great owner. Highly recommended often!

authentic Italian . (They were all speaking it) Friendly place with warm smiles and a good welcome. Décor a bit poor but the food was excellent and no complaints here.

Went here for dinner on a friday evening, good job we booked as it was packed - packed a bit too much actually, could do with a bit more room to move. Food was pretty good, I had the schnitzel and bolognaise which was pretty tasty. Good value too. Service was average. I imagine this is the sort of friendly... More

Eight of us went for dinner to this compact and bijou restaurant. The service was excellent, the food delicious, and we came away for £45 per couple including wine and a tip. You can't say fairer than that. Will definitely be going again!

We were after a simple and swift lunch and this place exceeded this. Well cooked pizzas and a very tasty pasta dish (went for the fish one, which was very tasty and had lots of mussels, octupi etc.). It's a good lunch deal including a soft drink and the service was attentive and friendly.

Went with friends for the wife's birthday evening out! A small Italian bistro type restaurant in the heart of the conservation area of St. Albans. Wooden tables, buzzy atmosphere with a la carte and daily specials shown on the wall. Full range of Italian food and pizzas made by chef in view of customers. We had ,for example, calamari starters,... More
