Cocktail class for hen party

Really fun night, barman was great and knew a lot about cocktail making. Food was delicious and a great spread! Lots to eat! Only problem was there wasn't any gluten free food. Apart from that, highly recommended!

We like to go here for a pre dinner drink. Nice modern bar, although some of the seats looking worn. Good for wine on Thursdays when all bottles are at house wine price. 50%. Off food on Mons. Didn't eat, just wine and relax.

Been here a couple of times just lately as the half price Mondays offer is really good value. I had a lovely flat bread with parma ham and butternut squash and my husband had chicken souvlaki. Both dishes were really tasty, although they forgot the spicy sauce my husband had asked for. Real shame the falafels are no longer on... More

This was probably the worst place I've been to. I went here with my friend it was empty except from 1 table. The staff were on their phones and just talking to each other we were waiting 30-45 mins and left

There are no surprises with a Slug and Lettuce. You know what to expect and from that perspective it doesn't disappoint. It's a typical chain pub, with OK and a reasonable atmosphere.

My husband and I visit the Slug & Lettuce regularly and have always commented on how courteous the staff are. Once I wasn't happy with the way my eggs were cooked and it was dealt with straight away. I was asked if I wanted to see the Manager, I said no, as I felt my complaint had been dealt with... More

Visited for a late lunch and chose the the philly steak ciabatta with chips, asked for the steak to be cooked medium, within abt 10 minutes was served our food , which I thought was rather quick to cook a steak. Well the saying " old boots" fits I took a bite into my sandwich and the whole lump of... More

Went with friends for my birthday. Was all sitting near the DJ stand. Was having a good time until a bloke that we discovered is the manager went to take a chair away for no reason and pushed the tables we were sitting at right next to the window so nobody could sit there. A friend asked the manager why... More

Called in for breakfast, wife had the porridge and I had the Eggs Benedict. Both superbly cooked and presented - and tasted great!

My friend and I enjoyed the drinks and nibbles at the Slug and Lettuce and although it was a quiet sunday when we visited, the food and drinks took forever to arrive. There were barely any customers yet there were delays in the food preparation, which I could not understand how this linked to the drinks.
