Took the Abbey Flier to St Albans and walked up the hill with the main intention of finding a special birthday gift for a dear friend who was about to be fabulous and 50. Having purchased said gift we retired to Little Marrakech for lunch. It was our first visit however it had been recommended and our lunch didn't disappoint.... More

Having tried to book at this restaurant on a number of occasions we popped in today, Saturday lunch, and managed to get a table. We could see why this small fronted gem was so popular. The interior is spacious and tastefully decorated. The service was both professional and quick and above all the food was very good and excellent value.... More

We came here with a big group of work colleagues and they handled our table very well. The food was clearly all freshly prepared and yet we weren't left waiting for hours. Most had a mixed starter with some great smokey babaganouj style aubergine and loads of other great flavours and textures. The best starters were the scallops which came... More

Dropped in on spec as we just loved the look of the place and were not disappointed . Light lunch only of fabulous sardines and good omelette. Mocha was much enjoyed as was the Casablanca lager beer. Good service, lovely fabrics and decor and lighting, will definitely return of an evening to explore the menu further.

The food here is tasty and fresh. The service was great and the belly dancer added to the occasion, but she unfortunately didn't stay long. A great night out overall and we will definitely be back.

My friend and I dropped in here by chance on a Friday evening. We were seated and served promptly. The service was friendly and efficient The room was orange and tables were close together as the restaurant is so small It was comfortable though. We chose a mixed meze starter which was large. Some elements were tasty such as the... More

First time eating here for some time and I'm pleased to say it was still as good. It was good and busy for a Friday evening, turning away diners who had not booked. The food, plentiful and tasty, was served by pleasant and attentive staff. This is a great asset to St Albans.
