You can easily pass this restaurant if you don't know it us here and also don't be put off by the scaffolding outside. We Came here bank holiday Monday and hadn't been for over 6 months. I am not sure why we don't come more often as the food is really tasty. I had the fish stew which comes under... More

This place never disappoints. Great food, very authentic (they even have the local Moroccan beer) which was a pleasant surprise as fans of Morocco, it really does live up each time. We went yesterday evening for my birthday and I cannot recommend it enough. The sardine starter blew me away and the lamb tagine is not to be missed. The... More

Had lunch there today, very tasty food. My husband had the lunchtime menu, humus and kefta tagine and I had the vegetarian tagine. Very good value and nice to eat in a non-chain restaurant.

I would not have noticed this restaurant and had certainly not heard of it when friends of ours suggested we go there for dinner last week, but am very glad they did and will certainly come here again. From the delightful interior, to the attentive staff, and of course the well presented, tasty food, we had a most enjoyable evening.... More

A very warm and welcoming restaurant with nice service and good food. As previous reviewer warns - the food comes very hot! Recommended.

It is easy to miss this little restaurant on the main street of St Albans. The food and decor are very authentic. The menu is small but the food freshly cooked and very tasty. Good value for money

We love this restaurant, the food is so tasty, piping hot (beware!) and friendly service. The tagines are amazing, if only I could choose something other than my favourite- the veggie one with chemola-to die for! We just keep going back!

My boyfriend and I visited this little gem last week for his birthday. I had been here before but so long ago I couldn't really remember but I knew it was cute and quaint so thought this place would be good. I booked a table for Thursday night but when we arrived it was really quiet. The place is tiny... More

Such a wonderful meal, the restaurant is quite small without being cramped and the interior decorations make for an extremely cosy feel. I had the meatball tagine, careful because the plates/tagines are boiling hot, which was a great choice. The portions are huge, something I don't see much of and the quality of the food is excellent. If there's no... More

I am to lazy to go into detail as to why this is our favourite place it just is. On one occasion we had a table booked at another place but found a parking place outside the Little Marrakech. The temptation was too great we wandered in got a place and phoned to cancel the other table.
