Great hidden gem

Lovely little tea room. Had a great selection of coffees and tea's and flavoured shots to make more modern coffees. Just what we need after a lovely walk around Ledbury. They also did yummy milkshakes which we'll have to try next time. The service was polite, friendly and quick. We'll be back for... read more

We found this small tea shop when walking down one of the most beautiful streets in Ledbury. It's a lovely looking tea shop with little tea pots in the windows, quite welcoming from the outside. It was lunchtime when we got there so we decided to stop and grab a bite. I ordered the full English and my partner ordered... More

What a disappointment! Church Lane is historical, beautiful and atmospheric so this tea room is ideally located and we were naturally drawn to it. We wished we had gone somewhere else. The tea was just a tea bag and the cheese scone rather poor, tasteless , textureless. The accompanying lump of cheese was like a bar of soap, clearly cheap... More

SWMBO'd decided that a trip out would be fun - even in the rain! Grey skies and gloomy forecast for the day ahead didn't deter. Rain all the way and rain all the day was the way the day turned out. That said, we did manage to get some early Christmas shopping done and Ledbury is quaint. We came across... More

I know the place changed hands earlier this year so gave it time to settle down. It hasn't. We noticed that one order had been sent back as it was wrong. Ordered 2 breakfasts - out of six parts, two were wrong and one was missing! Lots of better competition out there. They really need to sort themselves out. The... More

We stopped in here for a coffee and decided to have a bit of lunch too. Nice courtyard, friendly server, but unfortunately that's where the positives end. I had the ploughman's and although the price seemed unusually high compared to the other lunch items, thought I would give it a go. What I got was a plate of pre prepared... More

Mrs Muffins is a small, somewhat cramped tea shop, with the usual offerings of sandwiches and cakes. It has always been popular and remains so.

This is my Sisters favourite place to meet friends. At last we got a free weekend to meet up here and see for ourselves. Good choice of cakes although we went for the traditional scones and cream. Friendly, calm staff even though it got very busy. Not my big thing but it was done much better than the usual.

A nice place to have an afternoon tea, pretty good attendance and the best chocolate cake I've ever had. Just the best. It worth a 22 hour trip from Brazil for sure.

i visited with family as a special treat after visiting the magnificent St Michael's Church up the pretty cobbled street. We managed to get a table in the poorly designed overcrowded room, and then had to wait ages for a waitress to take our order. i felt sorry for her as she was clearly stressed and didn't have the courtesy...
