Every time I pop into Starbucks the staff are always chatty and with a smile , this always makes a difference in my book. The place does seem abit quiet as the old market is open but I'm sure the hype will calm down

Just like every Starbucks this one is great. The service is friendly, positive and serves as quick as possible. However there is limited space inside making people feel cramped. Otherwise fab!

I went here for a quick coffee during a visit to Hereford. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the coffee was fine. It's quite a small Starbucks so I can imagine the queues are bad during busy periods.

Was a standard Starbucks, a bit on the small side and could do with a bigger venue, table a bit close together and felt a bit, 'pokey'. However staff were friendly and helpful with eating suggestions for later in the day.

I am hooked as a Starbucks user. I always thought Starbucks were very expensive and it was a friend of mine who introduced me to Starbucks. I am not a fan of really strong coffee which did first put me off first going to Starbucks, but now I just now get them to adjust the coffee how I like it.... More

I am a Starbucks cardholder and regular go to Starbucks when travelling. Had the most strange tasting coffee at this branch yesterday. It wasn't bitter but had an "unusual" taste. Did spot the staff using red (skimmed?) Milk for normal drinks .

It's a Starbucks with a view of the Old House, a 17th century black and white timbered house. The Old House houses an internationally important collection of English Oak furniture.

I know it's meant to be a sign of a busy shop long queue's and no where to sit. But come on!!!! To stand in a queue for thirty minutes all the way from the door, and not an empty clean sit to be had any where. Because the students and lap top crew where taking up 80% of seats... More
