A few months back my fiancé and I went for lunch at the stagecoach with our good friend Diane. We all ordered the chicken burger, which we were amazed at when it was bought out. Two big southern fried chicken burgers in a bun with chips! For less than £4! The whole meal was lovely. So lovely that me and... More

We tried the place for a pint, mid-week. The guy serving couldn't raise a smile and the decor has seen better days. It wasn't the worst pub we'd ever been in and it was ok for the one pint. There are superior boozers around but this place was a bit cheaper at least.

We have eaten here quite a few times over recent months and the food has always been excellent. It is always very fresh and beautifully cooked. The staff have been cheerful and helpful on every occasion. A table needs to be booked as it is generally busy but diners never feel rushed

Well well well - what a lovely surprise! We had a Sunday lunchtime carvery at The Stagecoach and wished we discovered this sooner! The food was delicious and all very well organised. We ordered reasonably priced starters that were brought to our table. I liked that they send each table up to the hot plate in turn, so you don't... More
