Just went to Reginas in Botley for a special family occasion, and had been really looking forward to it. What a complete let down. Why on earth did we pay to be shouted at and have a special occasion ruined by ignorant staff? We have had better, politer service in McDonalds. Your perfect Italian - great (well priced) food, good wine list, homemade desserts and a cheeky waiter to flirt with your girlfriend/wife/sister/daughter.
