Myself and partner visited recently. It has character with Irish themed decor which I liked. The staff were attentive and the food didn't take long to come. Does exactly what it says on the tin. We will be back!

We visited on January 17th for breakfast and have to say this was one of the best we have had anywhere in the UK. Friendly and cheerful staff in great surroundings and top quality ingredients. Will definitely visit again soon. 10/10

Came in here and got the Celt breakfast while my partner got the Full Irish. I thought I could easily devour the plate when I read the menu but my god I was defeated. Never thought I was one for haggis but it was lovely, eggs perfectly cooked, sausage amazing and the massive slice of bloomer bread toast was amazingly... More

They do 3 types of breakfasts , small, large and enormous. the wife had small English and I went for the large Irish - took a lot of finishing. Although expensive it represents value because there's so much of it. I wonder how many people get through the £10 uber breakfast? Had to park about a hundred yards down the... More

Couldn't go to southsea without a visit to shenanigans for one of their legendary breakfasts. One of these keeps me going all day, they certainly don't stint on portion size, this time I tried the Scottish, yum superb!!! Great service as usual, very friendly staff. Husband went back later that evening to try the Guinness as the story goes theirs... More

escape the corporate blandness, for this smaller family run bar, genuinely always happy staff, with sports on the TVs (but quiet enough if you just want to chill) , and outside seating too to watch the world pass by.. excellent home cooked food too. Lovely staff, great little place.

Dreadful Guinness and no athmosphere, especially bad as it was a Friday night. The only thing Irish about here is the name. Bell for last orders went at 22:30, in this day and age??? More life in Wetherspoons around the corner.
