4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 26, 2014 NEW

We booked a table for ten and were seated promptly. Menus were already on the table but it was around fifteen minutes before our waiter appeared so we ordered drinks and food in one. I had to request water several times before it arrived. The food itself, starters, mains and desserts were all freshly prepared and fairly priced. The service... More

I visited here on Wednesday 20th August with my wife, mother in law and 8 year old grandson. The music inside was extremely loud but was turned down when mentioned to a member of staff. Our order was taken promptly and starters arrived quite quickly. From then on everything went downhill. Dough balls were ok and mozzarella salad was fine.... More

This was our first time here and it was lovely - its nice and open too and in a great location. Our waitress was Aggie, who was fantastic - it was so nice for once to go to a restaurant and have someone know all about gluten!! The gluten free range was great. We would definately return back here when... More

Visited due to having 2 vouchers to use. The restaurant was reasonably busy, we had a table booked so got shown to our table fairly quickly. The staff were polite enough, however the service was a little slow, no child menu was offered. I think it is a good policy to ask customers if they wish to order drinks whilst... More

Unlike Geordie I had a very disappointing GF pizza. My husband and I each chose the Pollo ad Astra; he had a generous helping of chicken etc on his normal pizza but mine had half the amount of chicken/ topping and was dried up and virtually inedible. The pizza base was so tough I had difficulty cutting it even with... More

I popped into Pizza Express last night with some pals, id heard they are really good with their gluten free range and i was impressed when i saw the menu, clearly marked with GF and had a decent choice. The waitress was very knowlegable about the menu and was very attentive, she told me that they could make any pizza... More

With a little help from my man's Taste Card, we can relish in 241 deals and swim in a bath of olive amongst other pizza related things. Vegan pizza? Tick. Easy eatin', no thrills, no spills. If you like a drink with your meal, have a couple before. Beer cost a modest 7.99 a bottle!!!

Hadn't had a Sloppy Giusseppe in ages, so suggested a quick 'n easy Pizza Express. Partner had Four Seasons which came with plenty of anchovies, and my Sloppy Giuseppe was even better than I remembered it being. Pizzas were washed down with a Moscato that slipped down as easily as fruit juice. Service on a busy early Saturday evening very... More
