I have been here a few times, twice for food and both times have had the 6 oz burger, delicious. I also tried the tapas a few weeks ago as a starter and it was fab. The wine bar has a lovely laid back feel and friday fizz offer is just fab, the kind bar person let us buy 3... More

Live Friday Fizz at the Wine Bar but tonight was crazy busy as it's the last Friday before Christmas. The owner Matthew is a brilliant host supported by a great team of staff. Fabulous atmosphere and half price fizz between 5.30 and 7.30pm.

The meal of white cheese mousse with beetroot coulis, roast partridge then cherry cheesecake, preceeded by a variety of amuse bouches, served by friendly and efficient staff in the elegant dining room of this very old building was superb

I visited for my Birthday on a Saturday night. I have eaten here before and so I knew it would be lovely and it was. The service is excellent. The menu was not too large but had a nice selection of reasonably priced food considering the quality of it. The restaurant was pretty much full and with all of the... More

We stopped by for lunch and we were so glad we did. The lunch was excellent we enjoyed the fresh vegetables with the corn fed chicken so much we plan to travel back to Winchcombe to repeat the experience very soon.

Wonderful food, really good service, lovely canapes, champagne by the glass. Comfortable area with nice log fire to have pre dinner drinks and canapes while you peruse the menu and terrific wine list. Then through to the main restaurant which is traditional with contemporary elements in a clever mix. They coped very well with gluten free. This is a place... More

We had dinner in the restaurant which is part of a small hotel in a very old atmospheric building - we were a group of 5. The food was overall excellent - particularly the fillet steak which was exceptional - as were our desserts. The starters were possibly a little less impressive (particularly the crab tortellini which was a little... More

Worth driving miles to have lunch at Wesley House: excellent food very agreeably served. If the bread is good , and the temptation is to eat too much of it, you know good things are to follow and they did. Our second visit and we were not disappointed. A real asset for Winchcombe.

Just had lunch. Special 2 course price. Gorgeous white Rioja to accompany. Lovely staff. Can't think of better way to spend Friday lunch time. Get down there and support them before they decide to change.
