The early evening special menu is excellent value. The real ale selection is very good and is kept to a high standard. A good pub meal and beer, well worth a visit.

We were taken here by friends that we had not seen for many years and were very happy with their choice. The old pub is one of the few that has not lost it character by becoming more dining than pure pub. The bar area is very welcoming and a good place to linger and the dining area is attractive.... Went to this pub for an afternoon drink and sat in the lovely beer garden at the back, we noticed the prices of the food on offer between 6 and 7pm ( £7.50 for a main course) so booked a table. The food was cooked to perfection and was served lovely and hot. We had drinks with the meal too,... More

The house red wine was terrible, particularly the Shiraz, even after they very kindly did change it. The menu is over-ambitious for a pub, in our opinion. Why must every pub in England now aspire to be a restaurant, over-stretching, in this case, in our opinion the abilities of the chef. The chicken disk literally swam in white sauce, reminiscent... We had a lovely dinner at The Corner, good menu and very good food. Pleasant dining outside or inside for the less adventurous in the cooler months. Reasonable priced and I'd be happy to return again.

Actually a good evening out and enjoyable meal, but I thought it was a bit heavy on the fried food. We had a great evening though and would recommend this restaurant for a repeat visit.

Found the corner cupboard inn as we couldn't get a table at our favourite place around the corner but what an amazing place. Food was lovely. Really tasty and well presented. Staff were really accommodating to our children and Australian visitors too, offering them tips on day trips and other good pubs to visit. Decor is slightly dated but it... More

The corner Cupboard is worth a visit as its a traditional local pub, has your usual pub food menu at a reasonable standard and good value. it was ideal for us for a relaxed evening after long day walking on the Cotswold way. We really enjoyed our visit.

We arranged to meet some old friends who we hadn't seen for a while. All of us travelled an hour or so to Winchcombe as it was most central to us. Having seen the reviews in Trip Advisor we decided to meet at the Corner Cupboard. What a wonderful varied menu. The Bar Staff were most welcoming and helpful when... More

We stayed in Winchcombe for a week and we found this place to have the best food and was serving dinner late enough after a long day of touring. Pub service is typical of all of UK (very different than N.America) in that you serve yourself a little more, but staff was kind enough as anywhere. Great local vibe.
