We were staying at a hotel close-by in Calcot and were just visiting the local town for shopping one afternoon. Without any specific plans we popped into this very charming little brasserie for a late lunch, where we had homemade lemonade and some interesting tasty sandwiches. The atmosphere is a bit way out for the English countryside but we enjoyed... More

On a visit to Tetbury we dropped into the Blue Zucchini for a late afternoon drink. Staff are young and pleasant; the glasses of red wine and prosecco were nice and we enjoyed sitting outside. Can't comment on the food but I noticed it was very busy over lunchtime.

It's been a while since we last visited and were not disappointed. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming and the staff friendly. The menu was varied enough, serving lunches and breakfasts throughout the day. The scrambled egg with mushrooms with two thick slices of granary toast was ample and tasty. However, the 'standard' breakfast was anything but standard! An enormous... More

Visited here with friends for Sunday lunch 10.8.14. The very bohemian vibe was lovely and the staff were very happy and helpful. Sadly this brasserie wasn't offering a Sunday Roast menu but this is easily forgiven by the lovely menu offerings that were on. The homemade burgers are huge with loads of options to add, the ciabatta with mozzarella was... More

Lovely quirky decoration, but very poor food and poor service. Two visits in the past month just to be sure.

What a great ambience at this small eatery. We were there for brunch - scrambled eggs and a bacon sandwich. Excellent cheerful service, good food and the walls are decorated by children's doodling's

This place looks great and the cakes on display looks great but in the end it felt it was just there to get the tourist's money and that is it. I think there is a saying 'fur coat and no knickers' - so much effort into looking bohemian and yet stopped short of providing nice food. I had the quiche... More

Great coffee, fantastic fresh cakes, really friendly staff, music that was thought about and a host that smiles, works hard and looks great. A regular stop for my bike ride when I pass through and always will be.

The Blue Zucchini would probably sit easier in Stroud. However, it gives the rest of Church Street a Bohemian feel and is somewhere which is not typically Tetbury. On a sunny afternoon in May, we sat outside and decided to sample the delicious Moroccan Lemonade. The restaurant has sourced quirky glass jars with handles to serve this thirst quenching, homemade,... More

Had a weekday lunch for two. It was reasonably busy, despite being mid-week. Due to nice weather we were able to sit outside in the small but very interesting rear garden. Service was reasonable and food was very good, fresh, well prepared and presented. Perhaps not the place for people looking for a quiet cup of tea, but for those... More
