In keeping with the rest of the hotel, Cutlers is sleek and modern in dcor with clean lines and unfussy designer touches lending a comfortable but upmarket air to the dining experience. Chef Brian Cutler has likewise created a menu of simple but sumptuous food, using the vast selection of produce available on the restaurants very doorstep. We booked this restaurant for lunch to meet my brother and his wife to celebrate his birthday and I'm so glad we did. From the booking through to the coffee, it was relaxed, well served, friendly and the food was perfect, in my brothers words," I tried to find something ordinary but I couldn't". I look forward to g again... More

We booked this restaurant for a special Birthday lunch, based upon positive feedback on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed - the food was excellent, service efficient but friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed (but it still felt like a special occasion). The restaurant looks like it has been newly refurbished to a high standard. On the whole... More

We had a pleasant Sunday lunch at this restaurant. The bar and dining room were pleasantly decorated and the staff were friendly and helpful. Whilst the ingredients and quality of the food were fresh, local and very good, we felt the Sunday lunch menu was quite expensive at £29.50 - especially compared to other restaurants in Gloucestershire where you can... The food was exceptional, as was the service. Nothing at all to fault at all and a gem of a find. The views are not ideal from the outdoor area (the carpark) but if you sit with your back to the carpark and look at your beloved you can get over that!

We went to this restaurant on Friday evening and being local wanted to see if it was true that food was excellent . We were greeted with really friendly staff, asked if we wanted a drink prior to our meal which we did and had a bowl of home made crisps lovely. Our order was taken and then shown to... More

Top rate service from the friendly, lovely staff but the real star here is definitely the food! The food on the menu itself sounds very tantalising and consequently it is difficult to narrow down your choice for the evening! We tried the chicken liver pâté and the oysters to start followed by chicken in crispy pancetta with broccoli and toasted... More

Cutlers is situated in number 4 at Stow. Had two meals over a three night stay at the hotel, only sorry that we did not eat on all three nights. Good range on the menu and the the food was superb. Staff well trained and very polite. Cannot fault this restaurant. If we visit this area again we will be... More

We booked Cutlers based on the excellent Trip Advisor reviews. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere with a bar area to sit in while waiting for your meal. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Food was very good, some excellent dishes but some were missing the wow factor we had hoped for given the reviews.

The decision to eat here was based on trip advisor feedback and it was well worth a visit. Loved the relaxed, casual element, staff in skinny jeans, and easy welcome yet clearly, the place was running most efficiently without any of the pomp. Food and service were both great, we had one dairy free diner and the staff went out... More

As with the hotel the service was exemplary and the food divine! We enjoyed a range of excellent courses preceded by aperitifs in the bar and followed by comfy seats, coffee and liqueurs back in the bar - a delightful evening! If your booking in the hotel the dinner, bed and breakfast package is a must - you won't be... More
