Great varied menu. We had savoury cheese scones with cream cheese and onion jam ..delicious! Very attentive helpful staff. Lovely traditional room. Light and airy.

We stumbled upon this place after finding that most places in moreton don't serve hot food after 3(??? Why I don't know) we left one restaurant that had no gluten free offerings and the other three we tried were either closed or closing. So we had a quick look in this place and found that they had a great selection... More

We stopped in Mrs T Potts for a Saturday morning breakfast with friends. NEVER AGAIN!!! The food was ok, certainly nothing special. The service was pleasant enough from the two teenage waiting staff. However, a lady with a terribly unpleasant and scornful attitude (who we only assumed to be the owner or manager) completely destroyed what would have been a... More

Only had a coffee and scone, but very nice coffee, it was a latte and just how we like it. Friendly cafe! We sat facing out of the window, which was nice if you like to watch the world go by.....

My fiancé & I have visited Mrs T Potts twice now. The first ever time was late on a rainy weekday afternoon back in February 2011. We were the only customers in there as it was after 4pm so we sat in the cute window seat and ordered cheese scones and fruit ones. We found them heavenly with the lovely... More

Arrived at Moreton mid afternoon en route to a local b&b for a 2 night stay with my partner. We are both avid tea drinkers and after a 3 hour drive were very much looking forward to a good cuppa. We spotted Mrs. Potts tea rooms immediately and were enticed by the name. Before going in we walked the length... More

We came to this tea room late afternoon. The choice of cakes and sandwiches was were poor. We tried to discuss our order with a waitress but all answers were short and unfriendly. Finally when our order arrived, a piece of a carrot cake was tiny and scones could not be smaller. In 10 min we were told by the... More

We visited this little tea room late afternoon and were unimpressed. Admittedly it was around 4pm and they close at 5pm but the selection of cakes and sandwiches was poor. Our waitress, although polite was perfunctory in her manner and we were not made to feel welcome. One of our party was an overseas visitor and we wanted to show... More

My wife and I were taking our 2 friends out for afternoon tea. We arrived at 4.00pm and were left to find our own table. We sat down and minutes later the young waitress took our order. We ordered two High Teas at £17.95 per couple and one of our friends ordered coffee instead of tea. The tea and coffee... More

I just don't understand how a tea room in the Cotswolds can make tea using tea bags. My tea from the service station tasted better.
