Nice little restaurant and patio at the back, but such a shame the Piccante Pizza was so disgusting. The pizza had a thick layer of cheese, more like a deep pan, than an Italian pizza, which ruined it. When the waiter asked if I would like anything else, I asked if he had any chilli, his response only fresh, but... More

Had a very pleasant family dinner here (6 adults). Food was very good and plenty of it for a reasonable price. Service good despite restaurant being busy. All in all a very enjoyable time - as we've family here will almost certainly be back.

We have visited Piazza Fontana several time, and it is one of our favourite restaurants. Having asked the owner when the quietest day was to visit, We went on Wednesday, a bit disappointed as when I'd rung to book and asked for a table outside in the small but attractive paved garden area and was told that they weren't doing... My lad and I have eaten here many times, and never once had anything other than a great experience. The food is varied and fantastic, very reasonably priced; the restaurant is clean and inviting. And I can honestly say we have never tasted better pizzas - anywhere! One special mention - the standard of service is an order of magnitude... More

We had a most fabulous meal here the other evening. Such a warm welcome. The best Minestrone soup outside of Italy and great traditional pizzas. Only disappointment was that we didn't have room for the homemade Tiramisu and couldn't make it back in time the following day for lunch before leaving the area. Grazie.

Went here for a birthday celebration with friends. Had some superb authentic Italian food. Great pastas and pizzas as you would expect. Only a few desserts, but in keeping with Italian cuisine. Easily the best Italian in Cirencester and closer to Italy than any chain you will encounter!

my wife and I tend to eat early evening after we finish work, following the referb we were both keen to revisit and we're not disappointed, a well varied menu, proper service from people that welcome you with Pride, excellent food that was served with a good house wine, I have also taken business clients there for a meal who... An absolute hidden gem. Food fantastic, service great, atmosphere wonderful. Doesn't matter if you want lunch or dinner both are brilliant. We have been there with children and without and every visit has been a success.

On holiday in the Cotswolds so we tried to book a Friday evening but it was fully booked so we went the next night and could understand why it is so popular. Entrance down a narrow street is quaint but the actual door to the restaurant is strangely plain and plastic - hopefully work in progress. The welcome and service... More
