Location in a small side street was delightful. Service in the bar and restaurant was excellent.. Cocktails were super. Food was very good, steaks very good quality. Wines reason all priiced. Decor is brilliant a converted1930s Art Deco cinema. Well worth a visit.

Friends took me here today as my birthday treat. The decor is amazing but more amazing are the superb staff and food. What a wonderful treat.

I've visited this restaurant on a few occasions now, it's always really busy so you need to book to ensure you get a table. At my last visit we had the taster menu and it is to be recommended if you feel like a bit of a blow out. Lovely food, great atmosphere, if there are 4 of you ask... More

Overall the restaurant was really good. Loved the old cinema Art Deco feel that was very well finished. The staff were really nice and service was great. The food is good, would like the soup to have been warmed and the main Belly pork could have been a bit meater. But overall a really enjoyable evening and I would visit... More

Thank you for your thoughtful review. Art Deco is 'dated' as a period broadly between 1908-1935 and we are most proud of the heritage of our 1922 built property which we have lovingly restored. We have managed to keep our staff interested for over 17 years now, somewhat of a record in Cheltenham and there was certainly a lot of... More

Amazing evening from start to finish. The unique atmosphere hits you as soon as you walk into the marble floored Art Deco foyer, continues as you are shown to a table in the Circle bar for a pre dinner drink then is completed at your dining table in the stalls restaurant. The food was excellent and the service very accomplished.... More

We came for dinner on a Saturday evening, atmosphere was great however the food and service were lacking. I had scallops to start which were very nice but the piece of pork belly accompanying them was chewy which is not what you would expect for the price! I then had 'tempura' salmon, the batter was nothing like tempura...more like chip... More
