I tried to ring the brasserie three times to book a table for Sunday lunch. Rang Thursday evening, Friday mid morning and 5 pm Friday evening - no reply. No answer phone. Bad. Now going to blanc brasserie. How many other customers have you lost?

A group of 6 went and overall I was very impressed. The food was amazing I would highly recommend the Burger it was one of the best and the relish was fantastic. All other dishes came well presented and looked lovely. My only slight criticism would be that the waiters never came back to ask if the food was ok... More

We enjoyed our visit to the montpellier brasserie this week. The food was very good, we had a range of dishes between us. The chicken dish was a little small - maybe order a side with this. The previous review added about the burger I wouldn't trust. My husband had the burger, and hates mayonnaise. He thoroughly enjoyed the burger... More

The main course I chose was excellent. I thought that the choice of starters was poor. Far too elaborate and more fish based than I like so in the end I ordered crisp breads with pate. It is a pity that the restaurant has windows which are too high to be able to see out of but of course this... More

Looks great - an old bank converted into a stylish looking restaurant but it doesn't quite work. Service is amateur - not taking drinks orders, 5 reminders for the water order, waiters walking round the room without actually looking at any customer etc Food OK but no better. If you are going to put half an inch of mayo on... More

If you are after good value, freindly service, good buzz, excellent roast. This is the place!! Family friendly, with a continental feel! We use it at least two Sundays a month, and we have never found anything to complain about. You do need to book because it is extreemly popular.

We booked the private dining room for an anniversary lunch on 5/4/2014. We have eaten at the Brasserie several times in the past and always been happy. Our celebration could not have been better handled. The room was great with a lovely view over Montpellier, the food was terrific and the service excellent. We were a party of 15 adults... More

I checked before I ordered that my meal was gluten and lactose free, I was informed it was. The waitress then returned to advise that the sauce contained butter, so they could do the cod with out the sauce. I agreed, what they did not say is that the sauce contained half of the dish. Instead of Roasted fillet of... More

This place has a nice feel to it. I liked the interior. It feels modern but welcoming. The food was good but not amazing. Nothing to really criticise. the service was good. I did order a cappuccino and it was only luke warm but otherwise enjoyed it.

I was looking forward to eating here as i had heard good things about it. The service was very good, the beer was also very good, but the main course i had was very poor - Braised Beef. Maybe it was the chefs night off, but this experience has really put me of this place.
