We came here for my mums birthday. Rang up before as they are usually quite busy! When we arrived, we were greeted by the nicest staff! The food was excellent, massive portions and good quality. Everything in there is really cute and it's a lovely place to have afternoon tea.

After a week in the cotswolds we decided to visit Cheltenham, after researching on TA for a tea room we opted for this one. I must say we were not disappointed. We were seated upstairs at a large table as there were 2 adults and 3 children. We went for 3 of the party tea platters which included unlimited tea,... More

This tea rooms is located in some of the oldest buildings in Cheltenham and is a step back to the past (sadly not prices LOL) the owners and hosts are extremely welcoming and add to the experience and almost everything around you is antique or of age and for sale!! Can get very busy in the height of the season... More

Went in to enquire about cakes after finding them online as a good cafe for gluten free options... went to the cafe and asked them about their options and I was informed they were holding all the options back for a party later that day... what about walk in customers?! very disappointing I won't be going back to try again.

Situated down a quiet lane, it's easy to miss this little gem of a teashop. Very friendly, helpful staff, the tea was delicious (including the house tea) and the cakes were lovely. A very English teashop atmosphere, with pretty china and vintage/antique items everywhere. A lovely retro atmosphere. I would highly recommend it.

We'd seen the reviews on this place and weren't disappointed. The party menu we had was amazing, fresh sandwiches, a big selection of cakes and petit fours, scones with lashings of cream and jam, with refillable tea and coffee, it was great value for money. The staff were friendly, service was excellent and the whole place was full of quirky... More

Lovely little cafe for afternoon tea. Home made cakes are amazing, as are the sandwiches. So quirky and staff are very friendly! My favourite place for afternoon tea.

Enjoyed breakfast with my partner, she is madly into her tea and cake, so she enjoyed this place a huge amount more than me, however still enjoyed it. Decor is perfect for the venue

Had to visit this tearoom after reading such good reviews. 3 of us wanted to sit and catch up and in here....was the perfect place to do just that. The 'party menu' was scrummy and washed down by lots of tea!! Service was excellent and friendly. Loved the whole atmosphere of this lovely cute tearoom.

Had a wonderful time at the Well Walk Cafe. There was a good selection of really delicious cake (many gluten free), scones, lunch dishes and lovely drinks. The venue is fantastic - a very old shop, a hidden gem of Cheltenham, tucked down a side street in the centre of town. As for the people who work there....they love their... More
