You can't not love this vintage tea room, with it's old fashioned shop front, and cornucopia of vintage crockery and antiques adorning the interior. There's bunting along the window, flowery cups on the tables, and a tempting cake display. Definitely a place to while away the afternoon with friends, but I enjoyed it solo, and I saw couples around me... More

Loved our trip to the Well Walk Tea Rooms. Our friend had recently had a baby so she obviously had a large pushchair and needed help getting in and seated etc. A young man was more than happy to help her which was really nice and appreciated. A high chair was also supplied if needed. The menu i was shocked... More

The place has lots of character, lots of old mismatched plates and cups, flowery wallpaper, table cloths, antiques and so on. Not really my style, but nice to visit once in a while. The Afternoon tea was great value, lots of sandwiches, biggish slices of cake, going more for flavour than a neat finish, good scones and cream. And good... More

Had a great time celebrating my friends birthday. The staff couldn't have been nicer, there was a huge selection of teas, the sandwiches were great and the cake amazing. Would highly recommend.

My mother and I visited recently for lunc h after reading other reviews on trip advisor. It is a little difficult to find being down a little side street by Boston Teaparty Cafe. We were greeted by friendly staff and were able to choose where we wanted to sit. The decor is charmingly old fashioned with tables already set with... More

Went off tripadvisor reviews and not disappointed. It was exactly what we expected. Exactly what all the brilliant reviews say. And exactly what we were looking for. Spent a lovely hour here refreshing ourselves with beautiful homemade cakes....pot of tea and a tasty latte. Highly recommended.

I took my wife here for her birthday as she loves her afternoon tea. I'm not really a tea or coffee drinker but I do like a bit of cake :) We hadn't booked but managed to get a table and I must admit I'm converted because the sandwiches and cakes were amazing.....and loads of them. Bargain price too
