Lovely welcome to the tea rooms, great atmosphere and charming building and decor. Food was amazing, we had booked in advance and so had been able to request certain sandwich fillings, but selection was fantastic, all really fresh. Cakes were scrumptious! All served on very eclectic china...beautiful and added to the olde worlde experience. Advisable to book if mobility issues... More

It's a lovely olde English tea experience. Surrounded by some beautiful old fabrics and tapestries you feel like you have been transported back in time. Fabulous cakes & a proper cuppa.

Well Walk Tea Room is a quirky, higgledy-piddledy tea room full of beautiful old ornaments and decorations (many of which are for sale!), which provides a proper old fashioned tea room experience. The beautiful mismatched vintage china adds to the experience, and you can tell that great care has gone into creating this warm, welcoming place. It's a family run... More

Visited the tea rooms today for my birthday with five friends and our five toddlers under the age of 3! They seated us upstairs which was perfect. The staff were kind and very patient with the children. We felt totally welcome and then of course the food was amazing. The sandwiches were so fresh and the fillings gorgeous. The cake... More

The Well Walk Tearoom is one of the oldest shops in Cheltenham and the family-run owners have been sympathetic to that age. Once sad and derelict looking they brought it to life through much blood, sweat and tears. Its cluttered and cramped which makes it all the more endearing, particularly on a drab grey day. Good variety of cakes, scones... More

We took my Mum here for afternoon tea, and were completely charmed. The vintage setting and decor is delightful, as is being served tea in proper china; there's even a chance to browse some of the vintage materials on sale. Most importantly, the tea selection is excellent and the food was great!

I recently took my mum here for her 70th birthday, Wow, what a lovely little place. We went for a lovely afternoon tea which included a large plate full of various sandwiches along with a lovely selection of cakes, We were both totally stuffed after. We were giving a few special teas to try as well. It gets very busy... More

Popped in here for a brief snack - tea, toasted tea cake and cake - and it was a little odd. It is a vintage tea room with charming wainscotting, tabel cloths, china teapots, cups and saucers, and charming staff. BUt as part of the space is also given to the sale of vintage nick-nacks as well, it feels a... More

Very friendly, quaint tea room. A bit cramped when busy, but reasonably priced. A good place to go for a proper cup of tea in pleasant surroundings. Staff are very friendly.
