Nice for a posh lunch

The food here is gorgeous. It's expensive but worth it! Staff are lovely. It would be good if pomegranate was in a larger premesis, as it's pretty cramped inside and usually you have to share a table with other people. It's more of a restaurant but as it's so small, it's has a cafe feel. Would... read more

I originally wrote a review Posted on the 21st June 2014 ("An example to all!") following a great experience. On the back of that visit we went there again for breakfast on my son's 7th Birthday and during our meal my son was told to turn off his newly acquired 'Furby' toy as it was bothering the Customers! I am... More

We popped in for lunch having been tempted by the special offer - Lamb & Aubergine Moussaka, £8.00pp. A very pleasant young lady took our order and brought my husband coffee and me Rooibush Tea both excellent. After a short wait our lunch arrived. The Moussaka was served in individual dishes on plates with an interesting little side salad, mainly... More

The food is always up to scratch, and I love that the crockery is preloved teapots and cups. If there is a criticism I would have to say that the place is a bit on the noisy side, but that probably comes from it being a popular place to eat.

Just back from yet another lovely meal at Pomegranate. Without doubt the best cafe in Seaford, always busy (we grabbed the last table at 10.30am on a Tuesday morning) and atmospheric, and the food is truly outstanding. All cooked fresh to order, the menu is extensive and has something for everyone, including people with food intolerances and people who are... More

The place is immaculately clean, the staff very friendly and the food is superb. There's no where like it for miles and miles. It's like walking into a lovely place in Brighton's Lanes!! The food is superb, so so lovely. Don't give it a miss
