Time for tea

Can't fault the friendly and efficient service at this lovely seaside restaurant. We stopped for just a couple of teas but were treated the same as if we'd ordered a meal. Tap water was served in a carafe with a wedge of lemon and the tea was perfect. The staff were all friendly and the background... read more

Amazing fish and chips which is caught fresh from the sea that day!Everything else on the menu is just as delicious. Definitely a must when you visit in Hastings! You won't know the meaning of food until you visit this place! This place deserves 11 stars!

We popped in here for a coffee and the restaurant was really nice and child/ buggy friendly. The staff was really nice and helpful but one chap didn't understand the stamping of the loyalty and the manager was rather tight saying I could only have one stamp even though we ordered 6 coffees?! Would go back here and the food... More

A real find, Great fresh fish cooked in a good quality Batter. This small restaurant offers a clean and modern environment , with good service. The menu offers traditional cod and chips with Mushy peas cooked to a high quality.but equally. Offers such choice as Hot smoked mackerel. Salad. Garlic king prawns with French Bread.. Full children menu available.

Seven of us from the Saturday Walkers Group travelled to Hastings for the lunchtime Mardi Gras parade and music festival. The weather was so warm with blue skies so after a walk around the town and beach area we grabbed a sunny table for lunch and ordered fresh fish and chips, ham and eggs and a vegetarian breakfast. A highly... More

We stopped by having seen the ice cream sign outside (I can't remember if it said home made or organic or whatever it was that caught my attention) and had fish and chips and ice cream for dessert. We were a party of 14 so I think we stressed them out a bit! They rose to the occasion though and... More
