Mardi Gras Sunday lunch 15 february 2015

Seven of us from the Saturday Walkers Group travelled to Hastings for the lunchtime Mardi Gras parade and music festival. The weather was so warm with blue skies so after a walk around the town and beach area we grabbed a sunny table for lunch and ordered fresh fish and chips, ham and eggs and a... read more

We stopped by having seen the ice cream sign outside (I can't remember if it said home made or organic or whatever it was that caught my attention) and had fish and chips and ice cream for dessert. We were a party of 14 so I think we stressed them out a bit! They rose to the occasion though and... More

Stopped in here on a recommendation and not disappointed. I had fish and chips and my partner had the lamb burger. Food was homemade and cooked fresh. A lovely little restaurant I can highly recommend :@)

The food was delicious, and service quick and friendly. It was clean and... More

We parked along the West End of Hastings and walked along looking for somewhere half decent to eat. We had nearly given up when we came across Undercliffe House, Like Robert of Brighton, there was a screaming child but we persevered. Mum very kindly whisked the offending monster out and we settled down to what turned out to be an... More

Went with friends and was surprised by the quality of the food. From the outside it just looks like the average seaside "caff" but far from it.
