This was a fine dining experience at its best. St Clement's offers an unusually rich and flavourful dining experience in a lovely dining setting. Friendly and professional staff. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended!

Contrary to some of the reviews I read about the area I think St Leonard's is a great place to spend time in. Some interesting shops and galleries, friendly pubs and lots of events. Therefore I am not surprised to see such a good restaurant thriving in the characterful back streets. We were lucky to bag a table for 3... More

Went for lunch today and thoroughly enjoyed it. We both ordered from the Set Lunch menu paying £15 for 2 courses. Gorgeous warm bread was served with our drinks then I had a really fresh and tasty watermelon feta and mint salad followed by fishcakes. It was no problem to swap the fried potatoes for a salad to go with... More

Have often been disappointed by the recommendations of others but not in this case - as evidenced by how busy it was on a week night - and this place is not cheap. Food, wind and service as you would expect -all very very good indeed. Would recommend to others and return if I get the chance.

This unassuming looking resturant is by are the best in the area and has a relaxed atmosphere. The menu is good and focused mostly on local fish and other products. We picked and mixed from the set menu and the la carte. My starter and dessert fromla carte were of a very high level and wonderful. The main couse from... More

Just got back from St. Clements where my wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary. The food was outstanding, the wine some of the best I have ever tasted and the staff attentive, knowledgeable and passionate about what they are doing. Yes, the location is bemusing but this is what makes it unique. The focus is all on the quality... More

Everything was perfect. Service just right and not rushed or slow. Food was absolutely delicious. Not cheap but worth it. It deserved a better location and was quite small. Parking impossible.

I went when it first opened and have never been back. Interior ordinary, food moderate but most annoyingly our coats were kept downstairs where staff were obviously smoking for when they were given back to us they stank with no apology. have never been back and have not recommended

First time at this restaurant which offered first rate cooking(In fact the food could not be faulted) coupled with an extensive wine list, very competitively priced. First rate but rather let down by the slow service and particularly we had twice stressed that this meal was for our grand-daughters 21st and no acknowledgement was made of this despite reminding the...
