Enjoyed a really delicious meal in this very busy little restaurant last weekend. Scallops with seaweed and veal sirloin were highlights. Don't think I have ever been so spoilt for choice, am confident I would have enjoyed anything on their menu. Five stars!

The location of this restaurant is not very nice opposite a car tyre garage. Service was very slow and uninterested. As for the food I would say medium quality but small portions.

This restaurant was booked blind as a convenient meeting place between two locations on the South Coast. The quality of the food and the pleasant service are to be commended. A variety of special menus were on offer with a very competitively priced menu of the day. We decided to go a la carte and were not disappointed. Sometimes a... More

Situated right nest door to the half timbered "oldest pub in St. Leonards", St. Clements restaurant projected an intimacy and warmth that entices the diner before they take a mouthful. The menu is truly awe inspiring and all the ingredients seemed to be locally sourced. Of course being next to one of the oldest fishing fleets means that fresh fish... More

Don't be put off by where this is or how it looks from the outside because if you want fantastic food perfectly cooked at a fair price this is the place! Had the 2 course lunch for £13.50 - fab value. Cod with lentil etc was probably the freshest I've ever had including from Michelin starred restaurants. It was a... More

Exceptional food and service. Fish as fresh as it can be and cooked perfectly. Would like to try their 45 day aged steaks but the fish is always so good and much better than I could do at home. Highly reccomended

I was a fairly regular customer some four or five years ago, the food has always been the best in the area. I stopped coming in because they had a really arrogant, scruffy guy managing the place who successfully put a downer on nearly every visit. Some friends convinced me to come back and I am very glad I did.... More

We went to St Clements as soon as we jumped off the train in St Leonard's and it was just what we needed. Great Atmosphere, great food. The chef sorted out the gluten free food for me and was very accommodating. The only one down thing was that the portions of food were too big. Will definitely go back again!

Had a family lunch here yesterday and had a wonderful meal complemented by gorgeous wines. Fairly extensive menu so something for everyone. Friendly but unobtrusive service. Will definitely visit again.

A great night was had here - fabulous menu and wine list and a really cosy, relaxed atmosphere. All 3 courses were delicious - shame we were visiting Hastings as we'd have been back the following week to try more of the menu. Topped off by very friendly service.
