Best sushi on the south coast of England

I love this place! I live about an hour away in a place without sushi, but I always prefer coming to Sushi Garden than going into London. It's a cute little place a little off the beaten path but very close to the Pier and Lanes. It's no frills but get's everything right. The wait staff is very... read more

Just had dinner here. Loved it. Really good. Very good - lots of Asian customers too so they must be doing something right. (They are not great at customising rolls though - I asked them for a Sushi Tango Jimmy Roll and they had no idea what I was talking about. )

We discovered this little restaurant rather accidentally on our Easter trip to Brighton. Not far from Churchill square they serve fantastic japanese food with lots of options that extend beyond the regular menu that you can find in other japanese restaurants. We had several items from the rolls section as starters, shrimp tempura, the Yama set menu and the coconut... More

Great restaurant, since I live in Brighton I like to try different types of food, Japanese food is different in a good way, the sushi that I had before isn't as nice as the one I try here, seems that they really know what they do, i like the chef special plate I definitely recommend to anyone, the service provide... Former student in Brighton and been a couple years since my last visit. Splendid experience once again. The staff are friendly, the sushi is still very good and fresh (I'm very fussy when it comes to sushi too). I would highly recommend the 'Manchester' a warm, baked Sushi roll with scallops and crab. Great sauce covering the top of the... More

Great Sushi, some well done classic Sushi plus some more exciting spicy Sushi/Sashimi dishes- lots of choice and it's all really tasty. Nice atmosphere, very affordable and I will definitely be going back for more!

If you want to eat Japanese foods, you should go to this restaurant! Because, you enjoy almost Japanese foods! The taste is also good! But, sushi is more expensive than eating it in Japan, so Japanese people do not like the price ;( But, the taste is good!
