Description: Brighton's critically acclaimed Terre a Terre is a vegetarian restaurant...
Brighton's critically acclaimed Terre a Terre is a vegetarian restaurant that will have even the most ardent carnivore waxing lyrical. Situated close to the sea-front. The decor is chic and stylish, using wooden floors and furniture to contrast with vibrant colours. But here the food is the centrepiece: dhal basmati buns with coconut curry leaf chatni, better Batter and Lemony Yemeni Relish and Thai aubergine jungle curry are just a few of the exotic and imaginative dishes you can find here. To complement the food, a large selection of organic beers, ciders and wines are available. A three course meal here costs an average of £30 per person. A refreshing take on vegetarian cuisine.

There are no many vegan restaurant around and terre a terre is just on top in England. Cosy little outside aerea in the back. Interesting vegan beers. We been here several time and always we enjoy food, staff atmosphere and customers. Do you really feel the freshnes. Well done.

New experience for me, our friends girlfriend is veggie so we agreed to try, however I knew in my heart when ordering a chop our waitress would deliver one and the same just below my jugular artery. Decor was warm with hints of Cuban Salsa, we ordered nibbles, my wife ordered me to sit down, as I was standing up,... More

Customer service is spot on: warm welcome at the door by all the staff followed by close attention throughout our stay. If you're Veggie you can't help but get very excited by the menu! .. SO MUCH to choose from and such imaginative dishes. All of a sudden you feel at home, rather than having to highlight all the meals... More

We always visit Terre a Terre when in Brighton and whilst there is a lot of competition from other vegetarian restaurants (Brighton probably has the most Veggie restaurants within any city centre in the UK), Terre a Terre really does set the standard. We are often torn between here and Food for Friends, just around the corner, but both are... More

I was taken as a Mothers' Day treat for Afternoon tea by my daughter and it was very good indeed. Neither of us are vegetarians, and we selected Terre a Terre because the selection was different to most, and found it all very tasty and enjoyable. We both would have preferred more savoury items and fewer sweet things but we... More

Been to this excellent vegetarian restaurant many times and I've always been impressed by the quality of the food, and the exemplary service. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars, is because it can appear to be quite expensive for what it is. If you're used to London prices then this won't be a problem, can be a shock... More

We had a delicious meal at Terre a Terre. If I could cook like this I would be vegetarian. Such a lovely atmosphere and attentive waiter.

Went for afternoon tea - which I highly recommend! It was a bit different to the norm - with the savoury options being much more thought out than the normal sandwiches - just wish there was more savoury things. One of the mini sweet options weren't to my taste - which is pretty good going considering the variety. Only bit... More

We took some friends and business colleagues to dinner at Terre a Terre last week and it was amazing, the service was spot on and the food was divine. Great compliments from the group afterwards and plans to go back there when they are next in town.
