I really am lost for words here. Rarely have I been so caught out. The place was full on a Tuesday night. I truly have no idea why. Brighton has loads of good eateries - tonight I simply fancied Spanish. Rarely have I been been so disappointed My experience was one of dried food, rude staff, no interest in customer... More

We went there 7 together for my birthday, First of all these are the smallest tables i've seen at a restaurant. The waiter was in so much hurry we had a hard time understanding what he said from time to time. When the girls realized there was not possible to get coctails they decided just to have a regular cola.... More

We ate outside and appeared to have been lucky to get a table so quickly. There were plenty of people who waited around to get seated which was a good omen as we waited for our food to arrive. There was no disappointment as the food was excellent and the atmosphere lively and friendly. The staff all appeared to be... More

Casa Don Carlos is a small restaurant that is extremely busy. Me and my partner were very lucky to get a table as we did not book and as soon as the doors open they are full. The seating arrangements are very intimate with the tables being inches apart. The waiting staff are very busy, get the job done and... More

I dropped in here with friends while in Brighton on a Sunday evening. When we arrived we were told they were full but to call back in an hour. We ordered seven dishes between three of us...It was way to much the food sizes are huge compared to most other places I've eaten. I think for what you get its... More

We came here because another Spanish restaurants AguaDulce was closed that day. Unfortunately, restaurant Casa Don Carlos is one of the worst restaurant we have ever visited. The restaurant is very small and the tables are only a few inches apart, very uncomfortable sitting in the grubby restaurant. Main door were open whole time, so smoke of cigarettes is feel... More

Dropped in for a spot of lunch whilst staying with friends. Food was very nice but the main waiter was so offhand as to appear rude. Certainly won't be returning.

Small place, booking essential, but great food (mostly) - my Kidney dish tasted distinctly "fishy"... friendly service and a great atmosphere Will happily go back if ever in town again.. ATB,J.
