Had another lovely meal and evening at the Indian Summer. Love the window seat, the restaurant has such a lovely atmosphere and the staff are very professional and friendly. It was a great way to spend our wedding anniversary, we will be back next time we are in Brighton . Wendy and mark Oldrey

Indian Summer has received many plaudits and outstanding reviews. Having recently visited this restaurant, I can now understand why. For your dining experience to be a pleasurable one, of course the food has to be topnotch, but so does the service, and ambiance. This eatery delivered on all of the above with flying colours. Nothing was too much trouble, and... More

The service was second to none, and we left feeling like treasured guests even though (with small children) we rarely get out to visit often. The only reason this wasn't 5 stars across the board is that my starter (which I usually gobble down with unseemly haste) was, in this instance, far spicier than usual, and grew too 'hot' for... Between Christmas and the New Year Eve, we needed an exotic, light and mild food. Quite challenging when you open the door of an Indian restaurant! Yet, this is exactly what we discovered at the Indian Summer. We loved it!

I came here twice before. It's always fantastic and I don't really think I like indian food. This food is Indian, but very different to the dull boring norm. Here your taste buds will delight with the way they mix herbs and spices! The new pork fish is divine!

As a birthday gift I received a cookery lesson from Minesh of Indian Summer. The menu was discussed beforehand, the choices available are very good. Minesh arrived with all of the ingredients ready chopped to save us the time, the quality of the ingredients was also very good. I prepared the meal under the supervision of Minesh, at all times... This was the first visit for us and we promise to be back as this is truly the best Indian restaurant in town. The food was exquisite and so well cooked. The service is of a very high standard with a warm and professional welcome. Be prepared for something completely different when you dine here. I highly recommend you try... More

Ate here on a quiet Wednesday evening. A real treat to have such delicious, authentic food served in such a sophisticated manner. If you want trolley loads of poppadom s and mango chutney, this may not be the venue for you. The food was superb, tasty and wonderfully presented. Lovely touch with the little extras between courses to tempt the... More

As a massive fan of indian cuisine I had high expectations before my boyfriend and I attended on New Years Eve- and it didn't disappoint. What started as a nice and warm welcome from the Manager as we arrived followed the best indian food I have had. I even preferred it to a michelin star indian restaurant I went to... More

We have eaten here five or six times in the past and the food has always of a very high standard. On this occasion it was just before Christmas and we were in town without the Kids. The food was really good and the service was understated but professional. We will be be back....(without the Kids) soon.
