This is most definitely an upscale restaurant that serves Indian / South Asian food and not a curry house. The menu choice is focussed and not a 15 variations on a theme. The staff were very attentive and a pleasure to have serving you. The portions are deceptive, we started off thinking 3 courses was going to be an pushover,... More

First of all, I'd like to point out that if you're looking for a Indian restaurant that serves the normal Tikka Masalas and Kormas, you are going to be in a culinary nightmare. This restaurant is for people who enjoy AUTHENTIC Indian food that is cooked well, incredibly well presented and well worth the money. My partner and I visited... More

We visited this restaurant at about 4.30pm on a Saturday afternoon. It was quite busy even at that time. The food was lovely. One of our group had the panner tikka which was absolutely gorgeous. Others in the group had Thail - also very good. The service was attentive but not overbearing. A very enjoyable experienece and it only cost... More

Before I say anything more, be aware that this is not a 'traditional' Curry house like any other in England (I.e. If you want your old Chicken Tikka masala with boiled rice, this is not for you!). This is a contemporary, niche, beautiful Indian restaurant that serves incredible food with friendly and smiley staff in the surroundings of a modern,... More

We visited this restaurant with friends and being a good connoisseur of high quality Indian food, I thought I will try this place. The venue was pleasant, the staff were somewhat polite but from the outset, the atmosphere was dull. When the starters arrived, I felt that they had a lot of flavour and were satisfying but they left me... More

I visited with a friend for a weekday lunchtime Thali. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour and variety. The service was attentive and the atmosphere within the restaurant was relaxed. The interior decor really adds to the dining experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant to anyone and will definitely be back soon!

Well folks we are here again, and, as always the staff are fanatic, always made to feel like old friends. Need I say anything about food. Well the chef who we've not meet! Yet? Well amazing food is flavoursome well presented and executed. People if you've not been here yet, you must.

We did our usual Valentine Dinner in this wonderful restaurant and continue to be amazed by the fantastic quality of the food, staff, especially restaurant manager, Tim, and the atmosphere! The tables are strewn with rose petals and this is one restaurant where they do not have a special expensive Valentine's menu. Can only give it 5 stars. Many thanks... More

Valentines meal with my husband, we were warmly welcomed and seated. Drinks came promptly and we talked through the menu with the waiter. He was very helpful, informative and funny. We ordered snacks, starters then mains and every dish was beautifully presented and tasty. The food was fabulous, varied, spiced but not too hot and we will be going back... More
