Then the drinks menu, so now you are chilled then the food menu, they then are attentive filling your glass (too attentive) when the bill comes get ready as you are wacked with 12.5% on top a service charge.... Coming from a Chinese person I'd like to think I'm somewhat of a Chinese cuisine connoisseur & I can confidently say that this is easiest the best place for Chinese food in Brighton. Dim Sum finishes at 4pm. Dim Sum is amazing and their evening food and service is top notch high quality. I've been coming here for 8 years... More

We thought we'd try it out having heard good reviews. They were *reasonably* welcoming but I'd have liked more. It soon became obvious there were several different levels of service. A Chinese family who say next to us were given much more 'hands on' service than us. And clearly were given prawn crackers without asking. We weren't. The food was... More

It is hard enought to find a restaurant serving authentic Chinese food these days. This is one of them. Great Dim Sum, authentic flavours and atmosphere makes this restaurant a little gem of Brighton. A little bit on the expensive side but you can expect decent service and a great meal. Highly recommended

Their are two menus and you can chose off both. Dim Sum is great value and people come from all over Sussex to sample it! They will also let you order things not on the menu such as steamed vegetables and a Foo young of your choice.
