Perhaps I was expecting a bit too much from the "3rd best burger place in the U.K.", but it didn't live up to expectations. Burgers were good, but not great - patties are a bit small and the ingredients uninspiring. If you actually look at the menu, the amount of ingredients in the burgers is pretty limited. For example, if... More

Enjoying a walk along the seafront we stumbled across this small place under the arches. The amazing aroma of the cooking from within enticed us to grab a table at the front. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. I had one of the nicest micro-brewed beers I have enjoyed in a long time followed by a delicious spicy, locally... More

As it was such a beautiful day we decided to walk into Brighton and find somewhere for Brunch. We hit the jackpot, delicious coffee, super choice of breakfasts for all tastes, I had avocado on toast with eggs, and my husband full English, which he said was the best he has eaten since moving to Hove 3 years ago. Lots... More

Went tonight with my very pregnant wife and our veggie friend. No one was disappointed. Sure, at the start, the service was a little slow, but we were in no rush, sat in the sun on the beach. I had a double double (name nicked from in 'n' out in the states) and it was great. The veggie had the... More

I am a huge burger fan and always try and find a good, proper burger wherever I go. Trust me, this is the real deal. Awesome burgers, awesome chips, beautiful location, great beer, what else can I say! Not expensive at all either. I am almost dribbling writing this because I wish I could eat one now. Truly magnificent.

they boldly came to have the 3rd best burgers in town. Are they that good? im not sure but they are excellent. Cant beat a great burger and an ice cold cider on a sunny day though. I got here as often as possible.

I had a very good burger on a Demi-brioche bun (35 day aged beef apparently) with cheese & added bacon, obviously, with homemade chips, coleslaw and a pickle. All excellent including the delicious small pot of mayonnaise to accompany the skin-on chips. Twice as good & almost 1/2 the price of the nearby Pub Du Vin. Great view, on the... More

We visited midweek with two toddlers in tow. Lovely spot on the sea front. There was a nice kids menu and the food was delicious. We found the portion sizes disappointing though, not the "Yorkshire portions" we are used to. I had a burger and it was top notch; I just didn't get enough!

Went to this bar, seemed ok, then waitress dropped two drinks on me (smashing the glasses) that then covered me in beer and cut my leg. Didn't seem that bothered or quick to offer assistance... Not sure they had a proper first aid kit as when they eventually got me some plasters they had nothing to clean the cuts.
