Very laidback

We always park at the Marina and take a slow walk up towards the pier. We like to stop here for a coffee and a bacon sandwich. It is lovely outside and nice to watch the beach volleyball while the kids play in the sandpit. Luckily every time we have visited it has been a warm day and the... read more

Walked along the seafront on a damp dismal Monday in March and spotted this place was open. Good hot chocolate and a lovely big bowl of warming carrot, lemon grass and ginger soup with some warm and fresh ciabatta bread. A great find and many thanks to the staff.

After a picnic lunch went for tea at Yellowaves Café. My wife had a mango go go which was delicious - mango, strawberries, pineapple smoothie - recommended.

I come often with my wife when the sun pops up and weather is nice. As an ex volleyball player, this is the perfect place to enjoy watching the people play beach volley while you have some awesome nachos followed by coronas. See you all when spring comes

Come when you have loads of time - the children who work here take AGES to make the food (and most is a simple micro/reheat). Having said that it's a lovely place to spend a few hours - particularly when the sun is shining.

Stopped for a warm up cuppa and had nachos too. Great spot for watching some volley and the park next door is great

Came last time I visited Brighton and was disappointed (the kids anyway) to see the climbing wall had gone to make room for a function room. Lots of choice for a good value for money breakfast. Service was disappointing and even though it wasn't overly busy, the order was incorrect and hot drinks weren't that hot. Kids enjoyed playing in... More

Very nice atmosphere and extremely good cake. Lots going on with a wide variety of customers. Right next to beach volleyball.

Excellent birthday party was had by my son and his friends. The weather was great the party was fun and the clubhouse was perfect. From the enquiry, to the booking to dealing with staff about food was smooth. Overall the venue has a Fantastic vibe. Highly recommend.

We sent a couple of hours here at this super venue on a very sunny day. Being able to sit at tables under umbrellas at the lovely Barefoot cafe made you feel like being abroad. Some of our friends played volley ball, others just sat around and soaked up the atmosphere while all enjoyed the pretty good beach food and... More
