Absolutely fantastic lunch

Without a booking me and my girl visited Yum Yum Ninja in Brighton on Saturday lunchtime. It was brilliant, great choices, amazing food, well presented and superb service. With a bottle of wine the meal was overall good value, and it is a must on our return list.

I looked at a few places in Brighton before my trip and just loved the name Yum Yum Ninja. I really enjoy this style of food however we had already had a big meal and just went for drinks up stairs there was a great bar a good music. I really would go back next time I am there.

Food and decor was fabulous, very unique and quirky! Unfortunately the service wasn't great, waitress forgot water which we asked for. Also we were waiting for someone to take our drink order for cocktails for ages and then when someone finally came over our meal was finished which they then suggested that we pay up and drink upstairs in the... We ate here 1.5 years ago and was really nice for a lunch of some interesting things, but that menu seems to have vanished. They also purport to be a sake specialist, and yet they had not a drop of sake on hand! The chicken skewers were raw, several in party got sick. and the other dishes were pathetic. Drinks... More

This is a really beautiful little restaurant, hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets and lanes. Once inside you feel like you are in a nice family run restaurant somewhere in a Japanese village. The staff are friendly. They greet you with a smile and will help you choose if you are unsure about the menu.... More

We spotted Yum Yum Ninja as we walked around in the afternoon and popped back early evening. Had to wait in the bar upstairs whilst a table became available. The prices were high even for central Brighton although the Parkour show on adjacent roof tops made for great entertainment. On entering the restaurant you can't fail to be impressed by... More

The food at this restaurant has to be some of the best pan Asian food I have tasted. Everything is just incredible. Well worth the 100 mile round trip!

The sushi was pleasant - not a patch on Yo! Sushi -, and it was presented nicely. Some of the other hot foods were pleasant, too, but quite a few dishes weren't nice at all! We had an array of starters and I'd say about half of them were nice. The actual atmosphere was nice- it set the oriental scene... More

It is normally unheard of for me to review a place more than once, let alone 3 times, but Yum Yum Ninja has become a bit of an obsession of mine so I wanted to recommend it once more! I decided on an indulgent post-shopping dinner as I had been craving their deep fried octopus and once again was not... More
