Go for a coffee and grab something to eat. place is nice. Service and staff not to much. wait long for a couple of toast and the coffee can be better.
Do you like going for coffee and feeling guilty for ordering? Do you like to hear the staff swear and argue with each other in a jokey manner but make you feel uncomfortable? If so this is the place for you. The staff are so cool here they will probably ignore you unless you're wearing a Victorian three piece suit.... More
Went for coffee and cake on a rainy afternoon with friends. Heard a lot about the place. Staff were grumpy, arrogant and pretentious, giving out dirty looks when taking orders from customers etc. They made a big show of being loud and fun instead of the uptight bunch they clearly are.
The coffee is good ,but not good enough to endure the rude obnoxious behaviour of the staff. I have put up with it on one or two occasions, but no more. There are other decent coffee shops in Brighton like "coffee at 33", where you get excellent coffee from staff that respects their customers.
we love popping in here would have to be our favorite cafe in Brighton being Kiwi's abroad their flat whites are the best we have had while away from Wellington. Very busy little place so worth waiting to grab a seat.

The best place in Brighton to sit and chill with an incredible cup of coffee. I don't know why people would want to ruin a good quality cup of coffee by putting syrup in it. Small Batch don't do syrup either, there's a reason for this. Maybe these people should stick to average coffee served in the big chains. The... More
