First time eating Lebanese food and really enjoyed the flavours and textures. Service was friendly and attentive taking time to explain the dishes and make recommendations. I choose mezze with also some shawarma chicken which made my mouth water. I brought my on wine from the super market across the road. I would certainly recommend this if like me you... More

Went here on Saturday night with friends, booked the table on the off chance early Saturday eve. I must say the food was very tasty. My friends had a massive platter of allsorts to start with, I, being veggie had my own personal one and it was very yummy indeed, with a lot of choice. And to be honest that... More

My friends received undercooked chicken and when they tried to return it they were given 4 different explanations, from this is how it should be to "we have some new staff and they made a mistake". When the bill was prepared we were told by the waitress we would be offered a discount due to this and the delay for... More

Superb venue, food was priced well and tasted great.. atmosphere was warm, friendly and not too busy for a saturday night. You can bring your own wine too, so that was a good suprise when we booked over the phone. We will be going back!!

We visited on a Saturday night and were expecting good things after reading the reviews. It was very poor food and poor value. We had the same starter at £4.95 and were given one small bowl between us. It tasted of warm tinned tomatoes with a little okra floating. The main course was similar but this time had two cubes... we are a large group and had previously enjoyed middle eastern food at the nearby Sahara. Fancying a change, we tried Kambi's. Even better food and excellent helpful service especially for members of our group with food allergies, who had special version of dishes created for them. The 'donor kebab' in the window was a bit of a surprise (and... More

Went in there yesterday (27/05/14) for lunch - two starters and main to share = £21.00 and fairly simple arithmetic, but got a bill for £50.00. Pointed out the error to two members of staff who seemed fairly unconcerned, but eventually corrected the bill. Have eaten there in the past but won't be returning.

This place looks like a cafe, but don't let this put you off. The menu is easy to follow if you haven't been before and the staff are very friendly. If you want to drink alcohol just pop over the road to one of the supermarkets, or there are a couple of off licences also nearby. We were lucky getting... More

The decor isn't anything memorable and the doner spit makes this place look like a typical takeaway but actually the food is superb. The kubideh and chicken kebabs are succulent and perfectly cooked, the chicken and rice is served Persian style (zereshk polo) dotted with barberries and yellowed with (artificial?) saffron but the best dishes are the mirza ghasimi and...
