I visited this restaurant for about the fourth time in the past 6 months. Usually, I enjoy the food and the service and find it a good experience. This time was not the case. My boyfriend and I were sat in the back of the restaurant with little room to move, and we could hardly get our legs under the... More

This was a wonderfully authentic little place that exudes atmosphere - so cosy on a winters night and the food is very comforting. The standout dishes were a soft and mellow tortillia, black and white pudding (as in pork products) a house salad glazed with sherry vinegar and walnuts and a slow cooked duck leg. It was all delicious, promptly... More

Went here for a friends dinner last night. Very friendly waitress, after an initial problem with our table this was quickly rectified. The menu is interesting and very very reasonable. We had about 12 Tapas plates, bottle of wine, 2 further glasses and a glass of cava for £90 for 5 of us, we were all stuffed! The food was... More

Visited Solera with friends and what a find, we'll definitely be back. Excellent food and service. Nice to see a tapas place that isn't part of a large chain. Very reasonably priced too.

Its a very little restaurant, but their prices are quite expensive. My girlfriend and I were so exciting discovering an Spanish restaurant that we came in straight away. We asked for two Estrella beers, and Spanish omelette, the one that used to be thick, creamy, and tasty. This Spanish pincho, came thick, with a very nice size, but it was probably made at 8:00 am and then it... More

Had dinner here with my wife, we only wanted something small so thought tapas could be good. Didn't book a table as ate at 6pm, we were lucky to get a table as the restaurant was almost fully booked. We ended up sitting by the window which wasn't very comfortable but worked out okay in the end. We shared four... More

I'm slightly nervous of writing this in case it gets any more popular, but Solera deserves its success. Authentic dishes made with fantastic ingredients mean that we return time and again. The restaurant is small and busy but with a romantic feel and it is a very pleasant way to spend a couple of hours tasting different dishes. The wine... More

The food was delicious. Between 2 of us, we had 5 dishes & could have eaten more!! A cured slate of ham, amazing leg of crispy duck & calamari. Food was a 5/5. Good service. Overall, great experience.

Delicious food served in a small typical style of a Tapas bar. The staff were very friendly and the prices were very reasonable. The Tapas are served gradually, which is great as you can chat and drink wine and pass the time away having a lovely evening. Would return and recommend.
