We stayed with friends on the east side of Brighton and decided to eat at the RosThai in nearby Rottingdean. That Friday night he rain lashed down and as we neared the coast , we had to divert round the back streets as the road ahead was closed with a fire engine pumping away flood water. We made it to... My first visit but with a friend who is a regular. We meet early and I was amazed at how quickly the restaurant filled up and obviously with many regulars - always a good sign. Nice ambiance and I loved the window seat which beyond the road you could see the sea. On my friend's recommendation we shared the Chef's... More

Dropped in here tonight because of good reviews - and was utterly charmed. Service really friendly and the food was second to none. I have spent several holidays in Thailand and the flavours were perfect, and both are meals, were beautifully cooked and presented faultlessly. If I lived within 50 miles this would be a regular treat! Several of the patrons... More

We eat here roughly once every 3 months and when we leave we always ask why we dont eat here more often? We use many Thai's but I must say this is the best as the food and service are always excellent . We have one of the set menu's that include the mixed starters and then add one further... More

The food is no less than excellent with friendly service. Wine was exceptionally good value. Care has been taken in the menu and the veggie options are – well extensive. Seaford was fresh and overall one of the better Thai places in Brighton (although the trip advisor map implies this in central Brighton – it’s actually in Rottingdean). The décor... More

First time we have been.Great welcome and terrific friendly service.Tried set menu B as it compromised my love of chilli and partners fondness of sweet. We both really enjoyed the meal, and look forward to our next visit this Friday and the making the place a regular local. I will definitely try the hotter menu next time!

We went on a recommendation and were not disappointed. The dumpling starter was delicious as were the mains. Had a jungle curry and a thai green curry, lovely and spicy as requested and very tasty. Service was great and the restaurant is cute. I love Thai food and for me, this is up there with great authentic tastes. Yum!

Just got back from this fantastic restaurant after an anniversary dinner with my husband. It was a Monday night and there were only a few people in the restaurant. We were greeted by the friendly owner and shown to a table that was a little drafty (in the window on a cold February night, not a good idea!). The owner... More

We spent New Years Eve here and everyone had a fantastic time. Thank you very much Gus. The food was superb, the price was very reasonable and the host gave everyone top quality complimentary champagne. Its a family run restaurant with a very warm atmosphere. We all love it here.
