A MUST VISIT

I'm not gonna lie, I was abit skeptical about going here for dinner as I wasn't sure if I would like it. I never had anything Vietnanese before and didn't know if I would find anything I would eat. However, I am so glad I came here and tried it. And all I can do now is wait until the... read more

Really good service, went very early for lunch and glad we did as the place started to fill up very quickly. The menu has only 2 things that weren't gluten free so my husband was very happy. Would highly recommend.

Attended here in February with my wife. As someone with Coeliac Disease, it was really refreshing to see a gluten free menu. Good food and nice ambience.

I visited here in December 2015 for a birthday meal. We had planned to go to another restaurant but didn't book and it was (unsurprisingly) full so we ended up in Pho. We were all unfamiliar with Vietnamese food but we all enjoyed it immensely - even the less adventurous! We made our way through three courses - squid and... More

We dropped in, without a reservation, early on Fri evening. By 6.30 the place was already bustling but a table for 2 was not a problem. Great atmosphere and service with the 'centre stage' kitchen in full view. Our waitress was v efficent, warm and engaging. Food arrived quickly as was really really good. Couldnt find fault with anything -... More

Wonderful introduction to vietnamese cuisine. Attentive, friendly staff, mouth watering aromas from the open kitchen (you can sit at the bar overlooking it), and very reasonable prices - especially considering the amazingly high quality of the food. The crispy spring rolls sound like a very ordinary starter - they are anything but. So much flavour and texture is packed in... More

I decided to come to Phở before doing some Christmas shopping on a whim on one of the windiest outings I have ever experienced, the first time I had ever come to Brighton by myself. Feeling rather embarrassed to be on my own having lunch, the staff were really friendly and asked me if I'd ever been to Phở before... More

Pho serves authentic Vietnamese street food in a really good setting near the sea front in Brighton. I was in the company of people who know their Vietnamese food and they were impressed. I liked the crispy spring rolls and the wok fried noodles washed down with a Saigon beer. The atmosphere was relaxed and family friendly, service was good.... More

Two of us had a really nice lunch here. For starters we had the fried baby squid with a salt, pepper & lime dip and the pork & lemongrass meatballs. For our main we both opted for the hot & spicy chicken Pho. Both courses were washed down with nice cold bottles of Saigon lager. The starters were nice and... More

We do eat out quite often. This is one of the best restaurant in Brighton for this type of food. We went there for lunch today. The atmosphere was buzzy and the surroundings great. Even though it was packed on a Saturday, the noise wasn't bad. It is helped by the exposed ceiling joists that break up the sound. There... More
