Headed into Kemptown for a meal and stumbled upon this place. Haven't had a decent steak for a while so we both choose two different steaks. Was expecting something really mouth watering and what we got looked good but didn't taste the same. In fact, not sure how it's possible for a restaurant to get a steak wrong as it's... More

Lovely romantic little restaurant. Great food, friendly professional staff. Good value. Good place to go if eating alone there were several solo diners in when we visited.

This small restaurant is just perfect. The prices are good and the quality of good is exceptional! It is one of the best restaurants I've been to in Brighton and one of the best Italians. Would highly recommend!

Very welcoming, friendly and cosy restaurant, which has a very traditional Italian feel about it. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous! I would definitely recommend the Tiramisu for dessert. The best I've had!

Had a decent meal and a decent half carafe of house white. Very generous with the garlic! Starters were very tasty but seemed quite expensive for what you got. Mains were plentiful and quite tasty. The amaretto tirimisu was a little disappointing, I've had better. Staff might be better if they learnt some English...

As we are having weekend break in Brighton, decided to try this restaurant. Was not let down. Very friendly staff, warm welcome when arriving. Ordered food which didn't take too long at all, even though they were quite busy. Pizza and pasta was absolutely delicious. We will return, well done to owner and team

We chose this restaurant according to the reviews on Tripadvisor and have to say what a fantastic choice. I had Linguine Gambaretto and have to say this is one of, if not, the tastiest pasta dish I have ever tasted. The staff were excellent and attentive. Can't wait to visit again.

We had a lovely meal here: a traditional family-run restaurant with a nice relaxed atmosphere, serving authentic Italian food at reasonable prices. Avoid the big chains and support an independent!

This place has been around for donkeys years and run by the same people. The food is really nice and it's not hugely expensive for what you get. Good honest cooking. Great steaks with plenty of sauce and veg. Book as it gets full quickly.
