This was recommended by our hotel owner and we were really pleased that he did. Great authentic Italian food and ambience. Great service and reasonably priced.

This restaurant was suggested to us by the lovely staff at the Legends hotel. The restaurant is hidden down a side road, and if you are nto careful, you could miss it. It is family run and is on the small side, but cosy more than stuffy. The staff were attentive but not intrusive, the food was freshly cooked and... More

Went here last night and had such a delicious meal! Really lovely little authentic Italian. Staff were so friendly despite our late arrival and at no point made us feel uncomfortable when they were probably waiting for us to finish to close (like so many restaurants do). My pasta dish tasted fresh and full of flavour. My boyfriend had beef... More

We visited this weekend and returned to this restaurant that has served us well in the past. It certainly did not let us down! We chose to share the starter of baby squid and had bread with it. The squid was excellent, the sauce it was cooked in had us using our bread so we did not waste a drop!... More

We visited this very friendly slice of Italy twice over the weekend because of the genuinely friendly welcome and fantastic food- harbour fresh sardines, and a beautiful seafood linguini, with a fairly decent house red to compliment it.I Wanted to try the scrumptious sounding desserts but was too full, which I suspect was my loss!. Until next time arrivederci!.

Our hotel suggested this restaurant, and it was a well worth it. The staff were friendly and squeezed us in, always a good sign (when a restaurant is full), the prices very reasonable, and the quality of the food excellent. It was among the best Italian food we had eaten in Britain. The atmosphere was happy and contented,

We were deloghted with this place. The service, atmosphere and food were brilliant as was the price. We were so impressed we went back the following night. Somewhat boringly I opted for the calzone, which I had thoroughly enjoyed the previous evening. The dish arrived shaped as a dolphin!! Brilliant humour! I've uploaded a photo but sadly my wife pinched... More
