Description: At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Zizzi Brighton in the heart of the historic Lanes area of Brighton, in amongst a maze of twisting alleyways, antique shops and boutiques. Downstairs the themes of the beach and outdoors influence the colour palette with lamps resembling clouds and clever use of pebbles which feature strongly throughout the restaurant. Upstairs the photo montage helps to transform the dining area into a sophisticated yet edgy space. It’s the perfect to stop by for a bite to eat in Brighton.Dine al fresco with an outdoor dining area for sunny weather. And if you’re celebrating big, see if our private dining area is right for you.

My experience of this Zizzi started off great but got progressively worse until I was glad to get away. I wanted two things: hot Italian food on a wintry Friday evening before going out: and "The Cloud" WiFi. I had to plug in my laptop and the staff showed me to a table with a PowerPoint - but the waiter... More

We would never step foot back in to a Zizi's again. Service was appalling took 25 mins for our drinks come come, the sharing starter was cold, the mains were over priced tasteless and cold, we then had puddings at £5.50 a pop which consisted of one scoop of sorbet. We had ordered coffee which never came!!! Had to keep... More

We booked for a pre-theatre on a Saturday evening - glad about the pre-book as it was busy at 18.00. We were shown quickly to our table and the service was very efficient. The food was good - possibly amongst the best of the "chain" Italians that we have tried recently. And when I asked for the bill I didn't... More

I came here for dinner with my mum and had a lovely time. We were greeted at the door and seated quickly at a table of our choice. We were able to order quickly and didn't have to wait long for our drinks. We shared a Rustica Fiorentina and Super Zucca Salad, both were freshly made and so delicious. We... More

Came here a few weeks ago with my boyfriend as soon as we walked in I probably should've just turned around and gone somewhere else. Girl who "greeted" us didn't even say hi or even smile just showed us to a table right in the corner at the back. We waited about 10 minutes to have a drinks order taken... More

First time at this Zizzi resturant, and like several others we've been to we were not disappointed. Our one regret was that although this is an Italian resturant there hardly ever seems to be an italian working there, otherwise good.

I'm a fan of Zizzi generally as their Pizza is the best 'chain' around. This one is in the centre of the shopping area and about 4 mins from the seafront. Pleasant helpful staff, prompt service, good value (I took a voucher).

Having decided to spontaneously visit Brighton on New Years Eve with our children, we were looking for a family friendly restaurant. Wandering around we found Zizzi's (a favourite back home) and even though we hadn't booked they managed to find us a table on what was a very busy evening. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the food... More

We go to Brighton once a year and stay a couple of nights, we always make sure that we have booked a table at Zizzi. This year we went with our son, girlfriend and baby and they were very helpful. The baby was asleep in the buggy so even though this took up room they arranged the table so that... More
