"Ladies that do lunch"

We booked a table at lunch for 6 of us at Zizzi... As I was the first the waitress asked me if I wanted a drink. I asked for a cranberry & soda.. I had looked at the menu on line before going & already decided what I wanted. So I was disappointed that they had run out of chicken... read more

We've eaten here before, and have always had decent (if not exactly earth-shattering) food. However when we arrived last Wednesday, the waiter was so rude! There were at least 4 empty tables in the area we could immediately see, but the brusque waiter told us there was no space and we could book for 30 minutes time. I pointed at... More

I feel I wasted my money in here, the service was at just a satisfactory level! Some of the chairs in here didn't have any cushions on. So there is some nice hard wood to sit on for as long as it takes them to do your food. I was very disappointed by the food and I only ordered a... More

I came here with friends and was very pleasantly surprised, it's a chain restaurant but still very good! We all really enjoyed our meal and price was decent too. Service was exceptional! Will definitely be returning.

I am surprised a place like this can name itself Italian...The past I tried was very disappointing, considering I was expecting something similar to traditional Italian pasta. Not just slightly undercooked and tasteless..the main thing was we would never have big pieces of chicken mixed with pappardelle, dipped into a greasy, oily sauce which makes it even difficult for you... The problem here, and it spoiled our visit, was the slowness of the service. They were nice and friendly, it was just that everything took ages, and maybe only 5 or 6 tables occupied in the whole restaurant. We ordered food and drinks quickly enough, but the food seemed to take forever to arrive ( in the beginning there was... More

I had heard a lot of Zizzi but I was left a bit underwhelmed. The food was ok but nothing special. The service was slow.

Great food for lunch today backed by great service. Loved the location with brilliant views over the lanes to watch the world go by. Especially enjoyed the king prawn pasta which was lovely and spicy. The manager Leigh was also a nice host who made me feel welcome.

This restaurant was as busy as to be expected on a sunny Saturday evening but never the less the service was personal and with plenty of smiles. It certainly didn't feel like we waited a great deal of time for a meal but perhaps that was just because we were content to sit and enjoy the atmosphere and relaxing in... More
