Prompt service and good grub well cooked. Pleasant unobtrusive service. Would have given five stars except the promised wi-fi was useless. Will go again -sooo much better than the chains. JS

I've just read through some of the other reviews and am deeply saddened by some of the comments. This is my local, I love coming for a full breakie or a freshly made sandwich at lunch time! There is such a great selection, I always find something I fancy! The cafe is busy, however I always feel welcome, the atmosphere... More

We stopped off in Dorchester on our way down to Cornwall on a Sunday lunch time. Parking up we walked up and down the main thoroughfare seeking somewhere for refreshment and a bite to eat when we were fortunate enough to stumble upon Potters Cafe hidden away in a corner of the shopping arcade. What a delightful place it is... More

I've been to Potters Cafe a few times and have up until this point always had a nice visit however our recent visit was extremely disappointing. We arrived mid afternoon on a saturday looking for some lunch. On asking if we could still get food the waitress said the kitchen is about to close so would have to ask the... More

Hidden down a side street, the Potters Cafe is a beautiful place to eat and catch up. The food and service are just the tops. Highly recommend a visit 😀

Called in to this delightful coffee shop - but offering MUCH more besides. Whilst I had a tea cake and butter and two coffees with my friend, I thought the attentive service was excellent and the coffee very good. It is some 50 metres off the main street with all the banks and so forth. I will return - very... More

We always go to Dorchester on the way to our holiday destination and for the last few years have had breakfast at Potters Cafe. This year I was really happy to find that the food and service were still really good. The breakfasts are always delicious and the staff friendly. We shall definitly be returning again next year.
