Wow, what a queue on a Friday tea time but knowing how good the fish & chips are just had to join it. About a 20 min wait bet well worth it. Freshly cooked Cod & Plaice and deliciuos hot chips. Mmm Mmm Mmm. Complementary water on the tables which is a nice touch (especially in this weather) and complementary... More

We spent the day in bournemouth at the beech and this place refreshed my faith in the British 'fish and chips'. Too many places now simply offer feshly frozen fish - but not this chippy. Great choice, great portion, great service and great value. And great for kids.

I used the restaurant rather than the take away option. The staff were friendly and took the order promptly. The menu includes a good range of fish. The meal soon arrived. It was very tasty and not greasy. One of the best fish and chips shops I've visited. I've been visiting Bournemouth for more than 10years and visited this shop... More

If you want the best Fish & Chip shop around then you must visit here! All of the food off of the menu is lovely, cooked to perfection too. It's a shame that it's a little bit out of my way for takeaway often, but we do love it.

I've been coming for over 25 years, I guess since not so long after they opened. They offered the best fish & chips I'd ever had then and, thankfully, very little has changed. Also worth mentioning is the price. The set lunch is a total bargain. I love it there!

If you want the best fish and chips go here! If the queue is out the door get in it, they have a great system and you will soon be seated. Don't have the large portions they are big!! Fizz & chips on offer bit expensive, but worth getting the partner to drive. If anything this place has got better... More

I walked from bournemouth with our two boys and it was well worth the effort. Really nice fresh cod with good batter not too thick and heavy with plentiful chips. A nice surprise is they offered the children a little activity pack with crayons and little drawing book which kept them busy until the food arrived. They also gave a... More

Always a queue for take away food . The quality is good but not as good as rated. Many people come from far and wide but I don't see the attraction to be honest..

The food was fantastic, with the lightest batter I've ever tried. Prices are great value and service was brilliant. A winner. Be prepared to queue out the door as it's so popular.
