Visited on the 18th August...this was my first visit, a friend recommended we go. Lovely warm day, but could not sit outside as the wasps were in abundance, I understand this is a difficult issue to resolve. We sat inside, I found the place tired and a little "eighties".. Staff were ok, but not overly helpful...my biggest bug bear was... More

Went there just before closing time. The staff was extremely helpful as they agreed to take my order via phone. Everything was ready on our arrival, presented beautifully. Tasty, no cheep ingredients - proper farm ham, delicious bread, lovely coffee and fluffy scones 😊real treat. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you!!

Gorgeous food in a beautiful location. We always have the angels cream tea, which is a sandwich with a scone, cream, jam and pot of tea. Large selection of food, served on/in beautiful vintage china. One of my favourites in the area and great for when family/friends visit Devon.

We really enjoyed the delicious cream tea here after visiting Greenway in the morning. You get a lot of delicious homemade food for a reasonable price. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating as well. Best cream tea of our 12-day English trip.

Perfect place to stop and watch the world go by, overlooking magnificent sea views. Best cup of coffee I had all week! Food is very good, particularly the home made cakes!

This is a hidden gem in the heart of babbacombe and if you haven't visited then I would say if your on holiday or a local this is a place you need to try. Everything is made fresh and is reasonable priced. The deal I usually get is a scone and sandwich and pot of tea for £7.95. The sandwiches... More

A quirky, and charming Tea room, have had afternoon tea before- for which there is a large selection with wonderful food. On our most recent visit we enjoyed the breakfasts on offer and were pleasantly surprised with the variety of different options, that included vegetarian and vegan selections. Service was quick and attentive. A firm recommendations!

When we visited Paignton for the first time I asked my husband if we could have an afternoon tea as I've only had an M&S one and wanted something more authentic. We looked on Trip Advisor and came across someones comment who said when their in Paignton they always go for an afternoon tea here. So we knew it was... More

Myself and my friend went here to visit. As expected the inside was full. We had no problem with sitting outside as inside it was rather hot inside. However there was wasps everywhere, something that can't be helped in all honesty. The waitress thankfully gave us our jam in a jar for the sconces with screwed lids after the wasps... More
