Stopped off here to change baby and have a sit down and a cup of tea. Staff were lovely and pleasant and the scones were very tasty. Not the biggest place in the world but very welcoming and everyone seemed to be happy in there.

Delightful little tea shop, I went in late afternoon to escape Mark Jenkins (from 'The Hotel' fame). Just had a cup of tea and was immediately included in the conversation Marlene was having with another customer. Next day I took my friend there where she had a breakfast, and we returned again overt he weekend. The only reason I rate... More

It was a beautiful breakfast cooked fresh and to perfection and came with toast and marmalade. The staff were very friendly... More

Always stop off at this lovely café for a meal or a cream tea the best ever. We like to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine while we eat or drink, it's such a peaceful setting the staff are happy and friendly it's a delight to spend time there.

Following a favourable review on Tripadvisor we decided to go and sample the Farmers tea - a savoury version of the cream tea. We were not at all disappointed. The cheese scones were light and delicious. The atmosphere was very relaxed. Excellent value for money.
