As a Prezzos girl I was a bit iffy at the thought of Amicis. However they proved me wrong. We had a bottle of sparkling for a friends birthday and even poured a teeny bit for the drivers so we werent left out! It was nice to see they served cocktails and had lovely attentive staff. We would all come... More

Great starter which was a sharing platter. Service was also good but let down by average main course which was more like a pub meal with chips/ boiled potatoes and without voucher would not have been good value.

My wife and I enjoyed a rare day off during the week WITHOUT children so took the ferry from Brixham, where we live, to Torquay. After a relaxing few hours at Torre Abbey house and gardens we headed for a late lunch at Amici's. They serve all day so time was not an issue. We were warmly welcomed, as always,... More

Unusual thin crispy garlic bread starter - delicious. Excellent seafood linguine bursting with seafood and delicious sauce. Good house wine. Too full for desert!

We went here on a Saturday night in June. I'd booked in advance luckily as every table was taken. The world cup was on, and there was a pub opposite showing matches luckily so we went there just before. The patio outside the front was being renovated, so there was no option to sit outside. It was a nicely buzzing... More

My wife and I ate here on a Friday prices were Ok but decor was more posh cafe than restaurant and my Seafood meal was a little disappointing for a place so close to the sea..

We so enjoy our regular visits, always busy but the staff always make sure that we have "Our Special" table. Super food & service as always. Very well worth a visit.

This was our 3rd visit. It was my husbands birthday and although the restaurant was packed with Christmas parties we still had very good food and service. Next time we visit torquay we will certainly pay them another visit. Thank you to The Somerville Guest House for recommending this restaurant.
