We returned after a very enjoyable visit last year, very reasonably priced and nice food. However our waitress wasn't very knowledgeable about the menu items.

Visited with a couple of girl friends on a Monday evening, the food was excellent, really well cooked, extremely tasty and very well presented. The waiters were attentive but not rushing us between courses. The menu was varied and had plenty to choose from. While the price was towards the higher end (around £15 for a main course) it was... The service here is a little patchy, staff brought the wrong wine, and were really unhelpful with regards to the menu. The starters here are actually very good, a great range and the calamari is particularly tasty. The main courses were a disappointment, bland and a poor range of options after the amount of starters on the menu. The decor... More

I had not been to this restaurant for about 6 years. Goodness knows why because it is excellent. The service is efficient and friendly but discreet, the food is perfect and the portions are generous which is not always the case in this level of restaurant. I particularly enjoyed the duck, cooked as I like it and very tender. I... More

We came here with a voucher we'd been given so spoilt ourselves with the chateaubriand to share. All I can say is wow - it was melt in the mouth, and accompanied by choice of 2 sauces plus hand cut fries. Our son had chicken and it was a well sized, well cooked portion. The vanilla cheesecake for dessert was... More

Situated in an old historic building in the Barbican area of Plymouth. The food is always well presented, cooked to perfection and tastes delicious. The ambience is modern and sympathetic to the traditional style of the building. The staff and service matches the quality of the food.

Lovely little restaurant with a menu with plenty of options. Really enjoyed the food. I had mozzarella & butternut squash starter with pork belly main it was delicious, my other half had the burger & that was also very tasty. I'd come back as the food is spot on. My only complaint was that we arrived at quarter/ten to 5... More

I came here with a group of 7 on re-opening night. I loved it!!! Every bit of food was just delicious and beautifully presented. The service was really good and the restaurant itself looks great. I also tried the bar upstairs which is different to the restaurant but just as good. When I'm back in Plymouth I will be back!
