We went for a birthday meal as a group of girls- two of us ordering the same cocktail and both disliking it. Watered down and overly sweet. We gave it to the rest of the group to taste with the same result- no one liked it. When we mentioned to the waiter that our drinks weren't satisfactory, he told us... More

Arribas Restaurant and Havana Bar transport you to another place. A conjuring of the vibrant Latin/Mexican flavour in décor and menu. A world of art and colours arrest the attention on entering as one steps from the pallid English streets to the dance of art, fabric and wood in a kaleidoscope of colours. It is clean and the service is... More

I was part of the party of 15 that walked out when the restaurant refused to honour the 2 for 1 voucher deal on 18th September. We were fully aware of the 8 people per table rule which is why we asked to book 2 tables of 8 when we phoned. It was the restaurant that said (at the point... More

15 people arrived for dinner with one for two vouchers, were told at the point of booking that we could have two tables of 8 or one table of 15. On presentation of the vouchers we were told we couldn't use them. Explained there were 15 people about to leave and they shrugged their shoulders! So we went to the... More

We maybe a Mexican restaurant but our terms and conditions were in English!!Why would we ask you if you would like two tables of eight WHEN you called to book for a table of 15. Doesn't make sense. Upon your arrival you insisted the offer was given to all 15 where the T&C’S clearly state maximum of 8 people per... More

Instead of a traditional meal we had 4 entrees (they sounded so good) between 2 of us and we were full at the end. The servings are good sized and filling. they must have trouble selling desserts. the only downside was the price of Sangria - given the low cost of ingredients we thought it a bit pricey at around...
