Cosy, intimate and delicious!

Came here on a Friday night, table for 2 booked last minute. The restaurant feels really cosy and small although there are larger tables downstairs. The service was excellent- very efficient and once I mentioned I was gluten free, the owner happily listed all the gf food available (which a lot... read more

We came across this delightful wine bar whilst shopping in Plymouth. The service was friendly and welcoming, the seating was comfortable and intimate and the food and drinks selection were very good. We had a selection of 6 tapas which was more than enough for two. The food was fantastic - well presented, fresh and hot. We will be returning.

Went for a quick bite for lunch with my wife. Seated at the back on a table for 2 under a plastic corrugated roof with scaffolding above from the next door building. Outside looked filthy, but inside was very clean and tidy. The waitress was very polite and took our order after supplying our drinks. I ordered a club sandwich,... More

What a delightful place. The food and staff were excellent. We where celebrating my daughters graduation and they went the extra mile, serviettes made into roses, congratulations banner and a card hand written by the staff. Nothing was too much for them. They certainly know the menu and made some very worthy recommendations. My husband is a chef and he... More

Just wanted a snack before film at the Arts Centre - this place fitted the bill. Good selection of tapas & starters/light bites as well as main meals. Went for scallops in chorizo served on salad leaves - bread not normally included but we asked for some & it was provided at no extra charge. Staff friendly & helpful. Convenient... More

A great little gem hidden amongst other establishments in the city centre. The atmosphere was great with background music and lite candles on the table. The wine list was extesive and great. The menu, tapas and specials were many. Eventually went for the smoked Mackerel starter and Sea Bass and Scallops main. Washed down with s couple of bottles of... More

Nice people, great food and high quality drinks. Excellent service and great flexibility. We were a group of 47 and they closed the restaurant for us twice, looked after all dislikes and offered alternatives.

This was a treat meal from our daughter and son in law, and the staff, from the boss to the waiting team were very friendly from the outset. Some delicious wines I had not tried before, beautifully cooked and presented food, and I had my favourite dishes, a crab starter and duck main course. Too full for pud, but they... More
